Best experience ever!! Spencer Air Conditioning had a technician out less than 30 minutes after I called. Charles was very polite, very knowledge and diagnosed the issue within minutes of his arrival. The dispatcher was very nice and polite as well, and was very attentive to my needs. I definitely recommend them for any and all of your AC needs.

It’s never fun to have the heat go out in the winter the air go out in the summer, but it was a good experience all around. We ended up replacing the entire system and we’re really pleased with the speed service and the price.

Our outside condenser unit started making a very loud noise late in the afternoon, July 3rd. I called Spencer Heating & Air because they are the company that installed it 2 yrs ago, and it was still under warranty. I spoke with someone with an answering service and was told he would try and contact a serviceman that could possibly come by. After a few mins. I was told someone would call me. Within 10 mins. I received a call, and was told that he should arrive in approx. 30 mins. Mr. Marshall showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. Although we couldn't get the unit to replicate the loud noise, he performed a thorough inspection of the unit, replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the outer coils. I appreciated his prompt and professional service, and would recommend Spencer A/C to anyone.

Spence Air Conditioning & Heating installed a 19 SEER HVAC on my house June 1, 2023 & I was having cooling issue from the installation day. The temperature differential was always low, my AC was running full speed whole day and it is still not holding the temperature I set. David came today, listened to my concerns and he himself has seen that air coming from all of my supply were 71-72 degree when return air was just about 78. He showed me there was good temperature differential in the attic but I am getting much higher temperature from all my supply vents. While we still don't know why he promised to come back and explore the reasons. i am hopeful that he can fix my problem and I can enjoy cool air soon. David is really great.

When you ask for service, they do not tell you the whole story. They just say we charge you $79 as a service charge. The technician ran a diagnostic without informing me and then he called me to tell me that the capacitor is $389. Last month I got a capacitor changes in one of ny other properties for $50 + $79 service charge. I told the tech that it was too expensive and I will not do 2ant to change the capacitor. They sent me a bill for $239. Scam artists. The capacitor is literally $25.

What a shame, you all should come upfront with your charges. If $239 is going to make you rich ho for it, but you lost a customer for life and the people who will read this will think twice. Calculate yourselves.

Also I came as reference and the person who refered me now also knows. The only reason I did not use my regular AC company is they do not service in Irving. But regardless my AC now works and another company came and replaced the capacitor, did the diagnostic and serviced the whole unit for $189.00.

Ray was terrific, courteous and friendly. He discovered that the line for one of my units had frozen. He gave me detailed instructions on what to do and what to be on the lookout for. I will definitely call Spencer next time I need an HVAC repair.
