Great company! Justin came out on a Sunday of all things, totally unexpected! Had the installers here on Monday and up and running quick! Can't say enough good things about Oscar how quickly he had us back in business on the install after they showed up EARLY to get it done!!! Let me repeat that again for you in the back that didn't hear me right they actually showed up an hour and a half earlier than promised, and when it's 108 degrees outside that means everything. Prompt efficient and clean! After the install, we had a problem with condensate drain backing up again, called and Destiny got us scheduled promptly and said a tech would be here within a few hours, again AWESOME!!! Even though really a plumbing problem with the house they sent Raul out to clear the line, and Justin again came out due to our frustration to make sure it was clear in the heat of the summer when everyone is having problems, just to make sure that we were taken care of and happy, and did another round of cleaning on that line just to make sure nothing was in there at all to block anything. I can't express how happy we are that we found Spencer Air!!!! TOP NOTCH WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! WE WILL NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!

Raul was on time and checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. He was polite and professional and did a good job.

David was great. He was able to diagnose our problem and promptly gave us an estimate!

The back office support was extremely professional and the technician that came for the real work - David Cummons was great. He heard our problem and did all possible testing required before providing the final diagnostic.

I made my call for help at 1AM.
Ray was at my door at 9AM. Poor guy said hello at my open front door and my 100lb dog came running and barking at him around the corner. (He’s super friendly my dog and Ray too!!) poor guy though. 100lbs of dog coming at ya not fun.

Even after that Ray was super kind and helpful. He went and checked my AC told me what was wrong. Agreed on the price. He went to his van. Fixed my issue. I now have cold air. My dog is now recommending Ray to everyone in the neighborhood and is telling his friends not to scare him.

Thanks y’all!!! Wish there were more companies like this in the world and folks like Ray working or owning them.

Mr. Zuinga was great! He promptly called back to schedule my after hours service for my office. He was perfectly on time and was professional both in appearance but also communicating the problem and the repair necessary. He had our A/c back to cooling in under an hour. The rate was fair and allowed us to get back to work without any disruption in business. Thanks to the whole team at Spencer Air Conditioning for keeping us cool on this 106 degree day!
