I had leaking water and sheetrock melting. Spencer worked me in on a Friday afternoon and solved my problem. I am so grateful for the referral I received and the professional work that took a great deal of fear away that I finally had my true issue finally fixed! I will definitely call them again and refer them every chance I get!

Second experience was super great. Had to have coil assembly replaced and new refrigerant. Crew was on time and they came in and first, protected my flooring. Each team member seemed to know their role and each gentleman worked together smoothly, fast, and efficiently. They were all polite and customer centric. The supervisor stayed and answered multiple questions and they left the work area spotless.

David was very kind and professional. He did a good great job.

I was visiting my parents when my wife and I were realizing that the house was getting pretty warm. Soon found out that the AC wasn’t working. It was pushing air but wasn’t getting cold air. I called Spencer’s based off good reviews and they rang true.

I called and right away they added us to the emergency help list and got a technician out as soon as possible. From me calling and the tech coming out was less than 2 hours. He came out and fixed my parent’s AC unit promptly. He had the parts on hand and now have AC. The tech, David, was prompt Andy parents couldn’t be happier. Thank you

2023.06.21 Ray was on time and figured out the problem in a few minutes. He had replaced the outside capacitor and checked the inside capacitor within an hour, and my unit was back up again. Very happy, minimal impact during hot weather. I'm a Spencer fan (no pun intended). Ray is very friendly, but conscientious and gets the job done.

We have used Spencer for years and we always get Ray. I love that they send the same tech out who remembers you and your previous issue. Ray is friendly and knowledgeable. The absolute best!

The technician came out, was told about the problem (some rooms not receiving proper air conditioning). Seemed to locate what was causing the issue, and said another tech would come out to make an estimate. The next day a different technician came out (don't remember his name) supposedly to create an estimate, asked if there was a roof access, we didn't have one, said he would go get a ladder. Never came back, later we got a call from their receptionist saying he "didn't get necessary info" and he wasn't going to return back and they weren't going to do the repair. It was pretty bizarre. Just odd. Especially since they had a previous technician already come out and identify the issue.

Anyway it was just unprofessional. Pretty good reviews so I'll assume this is isolated incident. The receptionist was nice/professional so I'll give 2 stars.

We had an issue on a Sunday… was a little worried of getting help same day… Spencer folks were quick to respond, David showed up in an hour and took care of the issue within 10 minutes…David was very knowledgeable and professional!!! keep up the great work David !!!

We had an emergency situation with an elderly parent and no air. Justin and Ray were quick to give us a solution. The Spencer crew came in and replaced a unit within a hour. Awesome job!

David did his best to take care of me on a challenging system.
