Reliant has done a good job until today. Last week, a part that was a month over the warranty (reliant installed) needed to be repaired. I paid the full price for the new part and installation. I then signed up for HERO program and set appointment. My wife and I stayed home to meet the AC guy. When I called they said they had meant to call and reschedule? They were quick to take the $360 from my bank account when I signed up. Buyer beware.
We recently had our air conditioner repaired by a wonderful person. Mr. David Estrada, was the technician. He is with Reliant Air Conditioning. We have had several tune up technicians over the years and no one pointed out the bacteria growing inside the unit. When he arrived, he first checked the unit. He found the problem was a clogged drain line. He checked to make sure the unit was installed correctly. He also cleaned up after himself, left my home spotless. We are very happy with the service that we received from David, at Reliant Air Conditioning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our A/C unit. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs air conditioning repair or time up services. Here are some additional details about David. He was on time for the appointment. He was friendly and polite. He explained the problem to us in detail. He gave a estimate for the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself. We were so pleased with Mr. Estrada, we purchased the Hero Club System a warranty service on our unit. We have had service from Reliant before, however the experience was nothing like this time. Took a chance and called Reliant not expecting someone to pick up. I got the on-call service and a super hero named Eddie arrived within and hour of my call!! He called me to let me know he was on the way and listened to me when I explained what was going on: when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had a quick fix. I honestly wasn’t expecting service to night but Reliant and Eddie came through in a big way! I cannot thank you enough!

From the moment Collin arrived, it was evident that he was a true professional. He greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, immediately putting me at ease. His level of expertise was apparent as he carefully inspected the AC units and quickly diagnosed the issues. What struck me the most about Collin was his honesty. We had Reliant install our 2 systems, 5 years ago. They have operated flawlessly until now. We had them out for a service call because the upstairs unit wasn’t cooling sufficiently. Their tech, Cameron, did a thorough inspection and found the problem. He patiently explained the issue to our satisfaction over the phone, even though my wife and I had to leave before the service call was complete. I have no issues with this company. I would recommend their services to anyone who asks.
AC wasn't working and called the original installer, you. Came out, filled it up, saw the unit was on it's way out, schedule a Comfort Specialist, Toby Stanley, to stop by the next day. Had a great conversation, he didn't sell me something I didn't need, got financing right then and there. Scheduled installation a few days later and the crew of Javier and Ysaias came out and installed it. Each member of the Reliant team was respectful, polite and a pleasure to work with. I would have no problem recommending Reliant and its team members to anyone who would ask. Have a Blessed day.
We had a leak of water outside our home and needed service. What an amazing company. We highly recommend them and don't forget to get the maintenance program, it pays for itself. If your A/C unit is over 5 years old you need it. On time, professional service, great advice and suggestions.
My technician Eddie Wilkerson is very professional, courteous. He is caring and goes above and beyond for the clients. Reliant is a wonderful company definitely recommend.
Reliant called me and could not give a time when they would be out. I asked for a window of time. Nope, can't do that either. I asked could they call me when they know the window. Nope. But I could call later to find out. So much for great customer service. Reliant tech came out within 4 hours of opening and tech knew right where to look. However, he was supposed to text me when he was on the way. Didn't happen. Repair completed in less than 30 minutes. However, be prepared. The markup on the part they sold me was 250% over the Amazon price for the exact same item. Keep in mind that the Amazon price probably already has a 50-100% retail markup. Seems like price gouging, to me. When I inquired about it, tech said he had another one that would work for a lot less but that it had no warranty. Never heard of a new part with NO warranty. I feel he should have been up front about it and given me a choice BEFORE I complained about the price. I expected more transparency from the "honest" A/C guys.
