Reliant is the best company I’ve had the had for HVAC service! From the moment they installed my system two years ago, they’ve been nothing but professional. Always on time, kept me updated on how to keep my system running smoothly.
Had Reliant out for an estimate. They broke a pipe in my attic during the estimate process which flooded part of my house. They acknowledge they broke the pipe. They refuse to pay for repairs and refuse to acknowledge that the pipe they broke caused the damage. Not a good company and I would never do business with them in any capacity.

We decided to use Reliant after getting several quotes from different companies. Chrissie Watson our sales rep was very knowledgeable and really wanted to hear what our concerns were. She put both my wife and I at ease about the process. Then our install person was Adrion and another gentleman whose name I forgot but trust me those two guys took care of business. My house was built in 1947 and attic space is very limited. Those 2 gentlemen were out there all day getting my install taken care of. They were even working outside in the rain towards the end. And even after being at my home all day Adrion still took time out to explain everything they had done and made sure all my questions were answered. These guys really blew me away in every step of the process.
We had them check our outside unit because it kept stopping intermittently. They told us it was due to our overworked electrical panel so we would need an electrician. We agreed to get on their $300 "plan" for maintenance since there was nothing wrong with our AC system. We then upgraded our electrical panel ($10000). This had no effect on the AC problem. We called Reliant to come back out. They arrived an hour late, looked at it (literally with their eyeballs only) and told us we just needed to clean the coils. We did that. Still have the same problem. We called them to come out a third time and were told we would need to pay for another service call. We've paid them over $300, and they have literally done NOTHING. I guess they're just going to keep guessing until they get it right and charge us for each guess. Absolute disappointment. I wish I could get the money back for the service plan since we will never use them again. Great scam unless you're on the receiving end.

First time to use Reliant, typically use "A#" different company here in Dallas. I will say they checked every box. On time, clear with estimate, repair done quickly, no upselling, answered my questions directly, and a fair price for the repairs. I will ONLY use Reliant air moving forward. Great work.
I bought an air conditioning heating system with reliant and they had great service and great installation. The service tech Jorge Gomez is the best tech around. I will always have Jorge back for my maintenance.
I would not suggest this company to anyone! They take advantage of their long-term customers with predatory pricing when they installed the part and have the connection with the warranty coverage. Their price with the "part covered under warranty" was significantly more expensive than multiple competitor bids where the competitor had to include the ~$1000 cost of the part. They wouldn't even order the part for me under warranty for a fee and let me handle the install. Unethical business practices in my opinion. I will never use them again, and would advise others not to as well!
