Oscar did a great job of unclogging the lines coming from the heat pump upstairs and adding some overflow protectors. I just wish he would have told me about the "hero" program ahead of time then I would have saved over $150 for that visit.

Reliant installed our system over 10 years ago. Have had them do maintenance per contract. The service techs have been excellent. Usually get here at the early time of the time range. Friendly and professional. They have never pushed me to buy parts but do let you know when things may need changing.

We had a new AC system installed by Reliant 2 years ago. During the heat wave of the summer of 2022, we couldn’t get our home cooler than 88 degrees! We thought it was just because of the heat wave, but some of our friends said they didn’t have any problem cooling their homes. We decided to call Reliant back out to check things out. We were told that the coil needed replacing and that the part was under warranty, but after spending $1260 on the labor, there was no improvement. We had another company come out to give their opinion, and he said that it was very unlikely that coil would have gone bad in just two years. After we contacted the management of Reliant, some of their managers came out to assess the problem. They discovered some other issues with the original installation. Not only they refunded the $1260 spent for the labor for the coil, but they took care of all the other issues and even replaced all of our vents with new ones. Now we’re considering to enroll in their maintenance program because of their good service. They really stand behind their products! You won’t go wrong with Reliant!
