I called Reliant Air Conditioning to take a look at the AC and heater in a home I just purchased. The service technician was very polite and professional, and walked me through what he was doing. He was very honest with his assessment of my system and told me that while everything is functioning properly, the system is well over 15 years old and said that I could need a replacement. Jorge did not try to scare me and say I needed an AC system immediately, but gave me his honest opinion of where I was at, and what I should consider doing moving forward. This is exactly the kind of professionalism I wanted, without fear of scare tactics to purchase service or systems. I will definitely be using Reliant in the future for my AC needs.

Henry was very professional and late on a Friday stayed and helped troubleshoot a way to get my unit cleaned well. He could have said good enough and left, the last guy did, he didn’t. Elevate this man or lose him to someone that will. He is the real deal.

On service contract and during semi annual maintenance the tech advised me that I needed a ($9 - $16 part (dozens on Amazon) that takes less than 4minutes to install (youtube including narration from start to finish) to the tune of $286! Needed to be replaced because Chinese, but still works fine...unless he did something before leaving. I said NO THANKS and canceling agreement.
