A/C unit in the attic had bacteria build up on the coils and was causing an awful smell in our home. Nelson knew right away what the issue was and took care of the problem right away. Definitely would recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problem you might have.

It was first time to use this company- tech took his time, did thorough check & service and changed filter. Previous company we had used for years were here 5 minutes last time. That’s why we changed.

Disappointed with service. Told person on phone along with technician and salesman the issue. We already needed new 2 part ac system. They replaced the 2 systems but appear to have only replaced the bare minimum though the issue was communicated and was not checked after the system was installed to verify if the original problem was solved. It took the technician 5 service calls to realize after adding more refrigerant every time that there was a leak. The installers did not fully connect pipe. I would not recommend their service unless the system is being installed in a new house. I would recommend another company if there is already an existing system with an issue. To our surprise that was not the only issue and we called another local smaller company who identified the problem and fixed it.
Update about a year later: I contacted the company as the initial issue from when they installed the evaporator coil was not fixed. They refused to void the $100 service fee to have the SAME technician come out. I had had to stand with the guy and make sure he did a through check as this is a closed system and there wasn't a leak before replacing the unit with this company. A leak was found with in the condenser coils outside. Under warranty they quoted me $1330. If the tech would have done a through check the first time he came out the should have been replaced for FREE! I have decided to go ahead with this but will ensure a thorough check for leaks is made after install. At this moment the part is unavailable and only adds to the frustration to have a working system. It is unbelievable how long this issue is taking to fix and just got a message from them. TLDR: Watch the technician the first time they come out!; make sure a thorough check is done; or inspect for oil leak yourself if possible.
