They sceduled an appointment on for Friday knowing they wouldn't have any techs in my area. Then they waited until the end of the day on Friday to let me know they needed to reschedule for Monday. My unit was down and they knew this. Terrible company. Will never do business with them.

Reliant has been taking care of my a/c system since we moved into our new home. They were the company that originally installed the system into our DR Horton home. They have been nothing but professional. Always being in quick response to any and all requests we have ever asked of them. Even taking the time to answer questions about my daughter’s apartment a/c unit in Austin without hesitation or questions. They offer great, reliable service and fair pricing, even in today’s craziness. We pay for a bi annual service that takes care of our unit before the winter and before the summer. Can’t say enough great things about this company. Even the people answering the phones have learned enough about their services to be able to help with solving issues before it needs to go to a technician. Just an outstanding company with a great team to back them.
