Cameron, the Reliant tech, came and serviced our hvac units and did a great job. He answered my questions honestly and directly. This is the second time he has been here and both times he did a great job.
Technician texted when he would be here and had a tracking link so I would know when he got here. Service was quick and new thermostat look great. It has a 5 year warranty so I don't have to worry about a mechanical failure.
Heat gave out the night before, the morning I called they were at my house in about 3 hours. The technician was polite and thankfully it was a simple fix which couldn't have been more painless. I will do business with them again.
Tech Gabriel Perez came out today for our Spring Maintenance. He and his colleague were the absolute best techs we have ever had in the 7 years we’ve been using Reliant with their yearly plans! We have never had our lines flushed (nitro) or the systems (in the attic) whipped down! This team was absolutely thorough and professional! I was actually considering switching to a different company, but this experience has changed my mind!
Friendly employees. I received a text with the employees picture and a tracker so I could see how far away they were. They didn't try to push me to buy their highest product, bu they gave me several options. The installers were friendly and made sure that everything worked properly before they left. I also received a text of a picture of the installer and could see how far away they were as well.
We are part of their Hero program and I called on a Saturday afternoon after our upstairs unit was not working. The temp on the second floor had reached 88° and I wanted to get on the service list for early the next week. Our Tech Eddie called me within a hour and said he could come out Saturday evening. Great service!
Horacio was amazing. He was in and out in under 2 hours. He fixed the issue rather than giving usa sales pitch about how old our system is and how badly it needs to be replaced. Reliant will be my new HVAC maintenance and repair company. The ease of getting appointments and the fact that I can do it via text message is definitely added value. Great company to work with. I highly recommend.
04/04/2023 Service did a 5-⭐️ job for the following reasons: 1. Initiated service by checking outside compressor unit; explained why starting here was important. 2. Having observed previous service technicians when "cleaning" our unit, I was surprised at his removing the 4 panels encompassing the compressor unit. 3. Findings. The unit's fins were solidly clogged with debris as well as the presence of wasp nests. Note: Had the 2022 Fall servicing tech removed the panels to properly clean the fins, the wasp nests built in the Spring of 2022 would have been found & removed during the Fall service visit! 4. Service representative was one of the most courteous & helpful AC service employees that we have ever encountered. His having set the bar high in terms of service, we know now what to expect on future visits.
I had the appointment with reliant and always offered best suggestion. You need to convey clearly what you want from them and they are good in understanding and provide best value.
