Good Company, Fair Price. One of the main reasons we continue to use this company is because of their service tech Francisco Gutierrez. They are lucky to have him. Nice guy, good work.

Always had a good relationship but a tech came out and couldn't fix our issue which I understand. Was told to call the next day at 7AM and maybe someone could fix issue. I had an appointment for Monday July 3rd and no on showed up. Called at 645PM to see if anyone coming. Left message with on call service to call and nothing. Seems very unprofessional. Issues addressed and back to great relationship with Reliant. Changed to 5 stars because the convinced me they are a great runned business.

Reliant installed our new HVAC system a few years ago and they have made a minor repair last year. They keep it maintained in the fall and spring. I’m very pleased with Eddie and Cameron’s
work and the company overall.

Jimmy has serviced our home several times. He is on time, friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was kind to our visiting grandkids and even performed a quick fix on an attic light!

I am part of the Hero club where you pay and get 2 maintenance checks a year where the service guy keeps everything checked out and cleaned. The service tech Luis Gonzalez Escala
was very nice, courteous and professional. He helps keep my heating and a/c system very clean and running great. Sure the system is only a year and half old but Reliant’s tech keeps it that way. I had it scheduled for this past Wednesday but it was raining that day. I called and rescheduled for today Friday and no problem. Also they always send a text saying there on there way. Very satisfied with everything.

Was a great job. I Only have one unit. They installed my system in2014. So the preferred program went from$130 to $230, last year it was $160,thing didn't like was the price of my bi-anual service doubled. So I'm being charged$70 more because I only have one unit. Other than that it was good. Sticker shock

I’ve used several HVAC service and installation companies over the last ten years, and Reliant AC is the most professional and most responsive. They identify the issue quickly and repair quickly as well, while providing status updates if any delay is expected. I highly recommend Reliant AC.

I'm didn't care for this company. They charged me $100 to evaluate and said they didn't work on systems that use r22 refrigerant which is anything older than 10 years. He couldn't give me a quote on a whole replacement and would have to schedule a salesman to come out. The last thing I want to do is talk to a sales person.

Shawn Carr did an amazing job helping us identify the problem with our upstairs unit and unlike many other companies we have had take a look at it he made us feel confident that he was not trying to over sell us.

Horacio has been out multiple times. This time for air balancing. He was great. Explained the various scenarios and options that caused my issues. Was very patient as I asked questions and taught me a great deal. Thank you Horacio!
