David was polite, shared his knowledge with us, answered all our questions attentively. He directed our needs to a manager and was very appropriate.

I was able to get service the same day I called to repair a heating system. Was charge the normal service call fee. The tech (Josh) didn't have the part on his truck because it is an old furnace but he got the system running as a temporary fix till the part can be ordered.

Jeremy is a top notch technician. Was very professional and friendly. Explained everything in great detail and gave good recommendations. They will be my first call next time I have any issues.

Randall has serviced my house before and came out for an inspection today on another house. They were on time, thorough, and excellent communication and service again from both Spencer's customer service and the technician.

The technician came early for the appointment, which actually worked for us. As expected with the company, Spencer, the technician knew what he was doing, was very courteous. He checked everything, informed us of the details, and left with a positive vibe.
