Smart Air

Jay did an excellent job of completing the repairs on my A/C unit. He always gives really good explanations of what was wrong, what needs to be done to fix the problem and how to keep it from happening again. This time he even took a video to show me what he did. Truly excellent customer service.

They are phenomenal! Smart Air is, by far, the best HVAC company I have ever used! Their professionalism, honesty, and punctuality put them in a class far above ANY other HVAC company. The level of service they provide is rare in this day in age. I am proud to give them my business and will continue to recommend them to any friend or family member.

Smart Air were fantastic in helping me with my new coil. I had issuees with Lennox not wanting to honor my warranty and Jay and Smart Air went above and beyond to make sure that they did. Extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and unmatched customer service.

After having Smart Air come out to service our a/c, I called them back after one month when it went out. The owner himself came out and assessed the problem. He fixed a part on my a/c for free and spent a while answering questions and giving advice on several issues in my attic. I was hesitant about calling them back after having it serviced initially, but I choose to trust them due to the seemingly thorough job the guy did. I am glad I did and will be calling them again to do some work on my furnace in the winter!

The guys at Smart Air showed up the same day I called them. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my unit. They didn't have the parts they needed to repair the unit on their truck, so they called the local supply house left, picked up the parts, and came back and fixed my unit all within a few hours. The price was low and the service was great. Great Job Guys!

Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Installed/replaced our entire new AC/Heater, got scheduled quickly and they didn’t leave until the job was finished. They cleaned up whatever mess was made. Same day service after the install. I would recommend Smart Air.

Smart Air responded to my initial inquiry within minutes of me contacting them and was able to secure a time slot for me the next day. He came out, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Used their online appointment feature. I was able to get a tech to come out 1 day later. They were able to accommodate my schedule. Miguel came out and was very thorough about what was going on with my system. He was able to point out some issues that could be easily fixed and others that could be done a bit later.
