Emanual was my service tech when our air conditioning went out On a home I had just recently purchased so being frustrated was an understatement. But he was very patient and courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Also, prompt to follow up to get the work done timely. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

These guys are truly great. Responsiveness, professional, and price. Came in $ much lower than my other bids with a more efficient system, and quicker installation. I can’t say enough good things about the company. James especially was fantastic. Made a special trip on Sunday to measure the old system. And up and running and ice cold on Monday.

Service was excellent as well as the price. I would recommend UptownAC to my friends without any reservation whatsoever. I could not be more pleased with their product and service!! James, Louis, and Jordan were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Turned in a home warranty service claim for an air conditioner that the evaporator coil was freezing up. Uptown tech replaced the starting capacitor (even someone with a basic knowledge of A/C systems knows that a faulty starting capacitor will not cause the evaporator coil to freeze). Told tech it still wasn’t cooling. Tech left. Contacted Andrew at Uptown office. After a lengthy conversation, he said there was nothing they could do as they were booked for the next three weeks. They did not fix the problem and we’re unwilling to try again.

They changed my inside and outside unit, and brought my AC up to code. Luis was professional with communication, and was able to answer all my questions. I am very particular about things and he had no problem with it. The guys he brought ti do the work seem to be experienced and knew what they were doing. They weren’t the cheapest option, but they were definitely fairly priced especially for the units they sell (Carrier).

Jordan Dasean from Uptown Heating & Air Conditioning arrived early and did a great job unclogging a very stubborn clog. He was professional and informative on what I could do to prevent clogged drains in my AC in the future. Company gave rate upfront no games, which I appreciated greatly and ultimately it made me choose them. Definitely will use again.

This guy knew his business. He detected the issue right away, installed the new part and checked to make sure the system was working properly. Kudos 👍🏿

These guys were fantastic! They stayed on the job until they found the problem and solved it in an economical way. We have nice temperatures in the house again. I'll call them again when I need experts!
