Sebastian was an awesome 😎 salesman. He checked on us several years as to our financial status. When we (my wife and I) first met him we were not in good financial shape even though our AC system had been struck by lightning and no longer cooled the house. And our insurance would not cover the damaged system. We had recently purchased a new truck and other things we thought we needed before our system was damaged and therefore could not take on new debt. Sebastian was not pushy or too persistent. He was always courteous and polite, simply following a lead and offering his services. We were so grateful when he made it happen, and it happened so quickly once we were approved. Just in time to beat the Texas heat. We are eternally grateful and look forward to this 2021 summertime heat and the end of the crazy pendaamic. The price was right, the financing was reasonable. We are so grateful again to Sebastian for his good work.

Did a good job, very professional.

My AC condenser went out and the temp in the house quickly went up to 93. I contacted Uptown Heating & AC from a Facebook Ad in the evening and spoke with Sebastian. He was very helpful and he personally came out the next morning and provided honest and friendly advice. My unit was 17 yrs old and in pretty bad shape. It needed a new fan motor, maybe capacitor, coil in attic was old. Not sure what else. Whatever cost to repair it would not have been worth it as it is still almost 20 yrs old. I got tired of throwing away money on an old inefficient unit. I had been thinking about replacing the old deteriorating ductwork as well. He worked hard to give me the best price, which I really appreciated during this time.
Sebastian and his awesome team of technicians came out early the following morning and installed a brand new Carrier condenser, evaporator coil, plenum, new ductwork in the attic, return air duct, and a digital programmable thermostat. The house cooled and it was a dramatic difference from before. I thanked him for helping me and my family during this time. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and that it was done right. This was the best genuine customer service experience I've had in a long long time. A solid company.
