Smart Air

When my ac broke, my friend recommended me to these guys. They wear shoe covers when they worked indoors. Very clean & professional, and They arrived on time. I love that! I would recommend anyone in Houston to Smart Air.

I recently moved to Houston area and my AC wasn’t cooling the way that supposed to then I called couple companies but they couldn’t figure out what is the issue then I found smart air online and on the first visit they diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem then after that the AC is cooling nice and can save on my electricity bill. I like these guys. They came by and addressed the immediate problem very quickly. We then had a conversation about how to mitigate or prevent future problems on my 20+ year old system. It was very frank and it never felt like he was trying to steer me in a certain direction.

I didn't get to use their service because my phone was on silent when Jay called me in the morning. Jay went above and beyond and squeezed me into their schedule, also showed up on time. Excellent communication skills!!

AC stopped working, Miguel from Smart Air came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Good clear explanation of the problem and what needed to be done.

Great, honest service. They told me they would be able to come between 3-5PM and were at the door right at 3PM. Great pricing in comparison to the bigger companies in the area and much more honest. Highly recommend.

Use these guys!! They answered the call first time, price was low. I called on a Monday night and by Tuesday morning I was up and running. They even wear those hospital booties being mindful of the carpet. I appreciated that type of professionalism and care.

List themselves as a Commercial AC Company. Website Offers Commercial Services, Shows plenty of Commercial AC Pictures, but when you call all of a sudden there not commercial. I wouldn't trust them with my residential services. False advertisement
