Smart Air

Heater went out for the 1st time Thursday night. Called Friday morning and they were very professional when they answered. (5 stars) Gave me an estimated time and said I'll get a call 30 mins before showing up. Let me say most of the time this happens, other companies never call or don't show up on the time schedules to arrive. But Jay called and in 30 mins he was there. (5stars) Jay was professional and courteous. He assessed my problem, and had the issue solved within minutes. (5stars) Jay did a great job and in the end gave me some great pointers and gave me some very sound advice on how to maintain my a/c and heater. (5stars) I will be using them again, if I have any other issues. Many thanks. Highly recommend this company to others

My AC was not cooling and looked around for a good AC repair company. After reading online reviews, I called Smart Air and a technician arrived same day and repaired the AC within two hours. Following morning I noticed the AC was not cooling enough and I called them again. The owner (Jay) came down and did a thorough check on inlet air temperatures in all areas of the house. He said high temperatures is because of drying fans working inside the house and when they are removed cooling with be back to normal. He was very caring and provided tips on maintaining AC at its optimum performance. I would recommend Smart Air to anyone looking for a good reliable AC repair company. I have been with Smart Air close to 3 years now. Jay, the owner, has always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Trustworthy? Yes, trustworthy! When my AC broke down, he told me what my options were and what he would do if he were me (I asked). This time I needed a new AC but he suggested a lower price one because the deluxe model wouldn’t give me an increase effectiveness in my condo. He would have tried to repair what the previous AC companies’ short cut’s messes (pictures are the best proofs) if I had taken that option but I followed his suggestions and I’m so glad I did. He was kind enough to show up on July 4th morning and review what they found, what they did, and what to expect. He summarized what I needed to do for maintenance and increase the life of my AC. Great job Jay! It was a pleasure to work with you!

We consider ourselves fortunate for having found Jay and team from Smart Air for all our air conditioning needs. Amazingly efficient, always accessible, courteous and diligent, they come out to solve the problem as early as possible, usually on the same day itself. Incredibly, sometimes, if the problem was not a major one, or if not directly related to the system, or something we could have fixed ourselves, but didn't know how, they still fix it and won't even charge for their trouble!! After all the bad experiences , finally found a great company, they went far and beyond to help me with an AC at my office, great work, great workers and finally someone that does the job with respect and knowledge .

I would definitely recommend this company for your HVAC repair, maintenance work! Very professional people with a great work ethics. On a short notice they did take care of my HVAC problem on spot. They explained my AC problem in length to make sure I am comfortable to make the decision. Not pushy at all and I loved that about them. Their repair price was much reasonable for all services that they provided. I am very happy for using them and will keep use them for my HVAC work and strongly recommend them to everyone 100%.

Jay and his guys are the absolute best. I've been experiencing AC issues at my house for 3 consecutive summers. I've worked with several different companies. One more time, our AC stopped cooling and I searched and found Smart Air.

Jay called me back almost immediately on a Sunday, and was out the very next day. He explained everything that was wrong, in language that actually made sense for once, and how much the previous companies had done things wrong and lied about the issues.

He had the new equipment ready to go a day earlier than planned and his guys were working well into the night to get our house cool again. Even though we were getting cool air again, Jay wasn't satisfied that it was cool enough and came out an additional day to do some more work and get everything running as efficiently as possible.

It's been a month and our house has been cooler than it's ever been, and the unit is running less, even in the middle of summer. I can't say enough good things about Jay and Smart Air. This is the kind of service that makes you a customer for life.

Great service, friendly and good price. These guys are hard working and professional. My AC system started to leak water last night and smart air was there to fix it in no time. I would recommend Smart Air to anyone for any repair or replacement of AC units.
