Smart Air

My A/C has been horrible these last few years. Kept breaking down every summer so I finally decided to get a new one than experience another burning heat. I contacted Smart Air and they sent over a man named Jay and he really knew his stuff. I highly recommend Smart Air, they installed a brand new A/C and took and out my old one which was around 40 years old apparently and had mold on it, and the did all in a day for a very good price.

SmartAir was called to look into a condensation leak. Technician Pete reported it was a plumbing issue and couldn't fix it. While he was there he was asked to look at the furnace.

Get story in perspective: Sister-in-law is care giver for husband. Home was designed by him 45 years ago. Like us things fail , like our home furnace's.

He said you really need to fix the furnace. The gas company had already turned off the gas to the unit in fear of a serious problem resulting. He wasn't allowed to turn it back on and said she had to have another furnace.

We got wind of the entire situation here in Tulsa. OK, and reached out to Smart Air management. I was instructed to contact their individual in the field. After explaining who I was, he was very very helpful in working with me in getting a new furnace ordered and installed TODAY!

Young mans name is Pete! I'll be forever appreciative of his professionalism. He handling all my calls and did exactly what was needed. Less than 24 hours after contacting Smart Air, they installed the furnace complete.

Oh by the way, they worked so well with me, they gave me a discount and tore up the check for the initial house call.

My downstairs AC unit wasn't working properly. The drip pan was full and it water was pouring out of the evaporator coil section. I filled out the only form on Smart Air's website and Jay come out the very next day! He was polite and professional and spotted the problem right away! He recognized through our conversation that I like to normally handle things myself, so he gave me some pointers, clarified how I could fix the problem and how to prevent it from happening again! He shook my hand, waived the call out fee and told me to let him know if the fix didn't work. Honestly the nicest man and the best customer service! Jay earned a customer for life! Thanks Jay!

Our AC stopped working and we were urgently looking for the right company who could get it fixed the same day. We got through to Smart Air and they proved quite helpful in fixing it for us within hours. Very happy with them!

Smart Air has been doing our furnace maintenance ever since they installed it for us years back. It still works and looks like it's just been installed. A great company with an amazing tech team

I'd recommend Smart Air for their AC service. I scheduled an appointment with their techs to install 4 ACs. Not only did the techs recommend the best locations for the units, they were easy-going and their prices were really good. Thanks, guys.

I called them at 4 pm last Tuesday and within hours, someone knocked on my door and it was their tech. Such an amazing and well-experienced guy who was extremely focused on his work. The result? My AC was more efficient than ever. Thank You!

Just needed to come have a look for req maintenance purposes. The coil they replaced couple of years ago worked so well that didn’t feel the need to calling them. Calling Jay to come over is actually a learning session rather than a svs call. His knowledge in the subject matter & the way he explains is simply priceless.

Smart Air installed our HVAC system a while ago and have been doing routine servicing for it ever since. It's been working really efficiently, too, which is a plus.

Called them for an AC issue. They showed in less than hour later. Diagnosed the issued, determined warranty status and resolved the issue in less than a hour. Very reasonable price.
