I had two previous a/c companies come by to evaluate my issue. One misdiagnosed and overcharged Freon in the ac unit without notifying me of installing any Freon. Smart Air caught the mistake and was able to fix it free of charge before it caused significant issue to my entire ac unit. They spent a lot of time educating me and were extremely professional. After speaking to the other previous companies I felt like I was being taken advantage of since I have no experience/knowledge with A/C systems. Smart air from start to finish were able to explain things to me in a way I could easily understand and gave me extra tips. Overall great experience and I plan on using them for any of my future issues.

My overall experience with Smart Air was excellent. I needed a changeout of both my 20+ year old AC and furnace. I spoke with multiple AC companies and Jay was by far the most personable and easy to work with. He listened to my families needs and budgetary restraints, and provided us multiple options that would work. In the end, after explaining multiple options, we decided to go with Jay and Smart Air and I am glad we did. His installation team was friendly and thorough, and the the job was top notch. We can’t recommend SmartAir enough! We have been having an issue with our multi-zone system and had tried few companies to fix it over years which did not solve the issue. Jay (the owner) and Pete (the excellent technician) went above and beyond to spend time to understand and diagnose the issue properly and implemented the solution that made our system work as intended again. Excellent communication, very professional & knowledgeable, take time to explain the issue, quality workmanship and reasonable prices. They are the best in their class! We have become loyal customers and we highly recommend Smart Air!

We have used Smart Air for years and they have never let us down. Pete came out this last time (2.18.22) he called to say he would be earlier than our scheduled appointment time- which was great . He was professional and so knowledgeable about all the services we’d need. We had put off the inevitable for as long as possible and needed to get our a/c unit replaced. Some how talking to Pete about the new unit and it’s capabilities, the warranties etc. made the decision to purchase a new unit less painful. If all companies had employees like Pete, consumers wouldn’t feel so apprehensive about making big ticket purchases. His knowledge was reassuring. This is a quality business with the best people like Pete and Jay .

The people at Smart Air fixed a problem with my heating system, and later in a 2nd visit they did a check up of my AC and replaced a failing part. They are very professional, very prompt, and do a good job of explaining things. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

I have used different companies to fix HVAC problems, and I can tell that Smart Air is a good company, professional, and did the job properly.
I have used their service multiple times, and so far I am happy with their service. The owner, Jay, is really helpful and patiently explained to me about AC and the maintenance so that it doesn't break easily.
Another technician, Miguel, also did the job well, diagnosed carefully, and the most important is that he explained clearly what the root cause of the problem, and different options to fix it, from the cheapest one to the proper one (which was really expensive).
If you value highly professionalism and clarity, they are definitely your men.
