Smart Air

Per my HOA, I have to have my furnace inspected every year for the winter months. This was my first year getting one and had never done one before. Jay was the person who came to my home to perform the furnace check up and safety inspection. I was very pleased with the service! He did a very thorough review of the system. Also, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with! Very trustworthy, I am glad he ended up being the first company I called. I will be calling him again for my next years AC and furnace inspection.

Jay quickly responded to my phone call- on Labor Day, and was able to set an appointment early the next morning. Jay and Ali unfortunately had to wait 15 min for me to show up as my Uber ride got lost picking me up:( . They were very professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Also shared some industry information that I found helpful and cleaned up some exposed electrical wiring. Would definitely recommend.

Jay is absolutely amazing. He has always been there when i needed him with my own home and rental property. It is so hard trying to find a good, honest AC company with fair pricing. He re-did the entire AC system when i purchased a new home with wonderful quality. I use and will continue to use him for everything AC related.

This company is so unbelievably wonderful!!! They are extremely efficient, reliable and trustworthy. The installers were competent but yet the owner came to be sure all was going well. He then returned when the job was complete to double check and go over warranty. They are an A++ company.

My AC works normally at the day time, but the fan doesn't work and cool down the room at night. I called Smart Air and LAZ came to my house. He found the blower motor didn't work functionally and resulted in the outside pipe freezing. On the second day, he replaced the blower motor for us and the AC works perfectly after that. Thanks LAZ and Smart Air! They are very professional and knowledgeable people.
