R22 ac needed freon a lot of other AC companies in the area could not assist. Sugar Land AC and Heating however was able to assist and came over right away when I advised I had a senior mother who and just returned home from the hospital and the ac was out in the house. I would highly recommend Bill. Pricing is very reasonable

2021 - Coil was replaced due to leak, but the condenser was broken the next day, even when the tech told me the condenser was ok. Had to replace condenser and at the end of the job the owner was practically writing his own review on my phone, who is doing the review you or the customer? Also, before placing your stickers everywhere maybe ask the owner their permission? Maintenence was promised on the other ac unit but nobody came to do it the next year...

They are prompt in answer calls and coming in on time though.

Bill provided a detailed estimate with 3 options for the total replacement of the AC, heater, and ducts and reviewed the options with me and answered all questions. He and his team were able to complete all of the work the next day and also cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Sugar Land AC and Heating for maintenance services and replacement equipment.

Bill and his brother came by and saved the day. My AC went out and they responded promptly and were at my door 20 minutes later.
They explained what was going on, serviced my AC quickly and were in and out within an hour.
I’ve used them before and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. Bill really went above and beyond. He was very personable, friendly, educated me on what was going on and he even offered to help get my garbage disposal working before he left. In addition, I needed my old fridge removed. He looked into that issue as well. Even though he wasn’t able to get it fixed, he let me know he knew a plumber to refer me to. Great service.

I had a long ongoing issue with my home office being unbearably hot. Bill was able to locate the issue with the ductwork. Re positioned in incorrectly installed ducts , change the vents which greatly improved the airflow and cooled the the office and the rest of the home.
Great price also.

Had gas leak from furnace and called Sugarland A|C and heating on Sunday night and they came and fixed the problem on Monday morning. Servicemen were very professional and wore masks and booties before entering my house. They explained what caused the problem and took necessary steps to prevent it from happening again. They took pictures to show me what the problem areas were. Both very nice guys and pleasant to talk to. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with their service! After giving me an extremely fair priced estimate, left me 2 window units to use until my system was replaced. Now THAT is caring about your customer! Install was efficient, professional, and done in a timely manner. I'd give them10 stars! 👍🏻👍🏻

I have really bad luck with this company. I’ve used them twice before. First time we were forgotten on the schedule, the manager and an assistant came out after 6 to check on the issue saying sorry for the mix up. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was how they spoke to my husband even telling him “tranquilo” as he was explaining the issue with the thermostat, my husband is Hispanic. The second time I had a service no problem. The third time same as before, I had an email confirming my time. 3-5 time slot passed. I called the after hours number since it was after 5 and he said “let me check” and hung up on me. I did get a call from the main office and said I was not on the schedule. I read the email out loud to them and they offered to book me another day. I should not have tried again after the first time being late and telling my husband to calm down in Spanish when our heater was out and all day and he was just explaining the issue.
