Sugar Land AC and Heating

Bill came on time and fixed my AC issue right away. He was knowledgeable and experienced. It took him less than 30’ to have my AC running again. The previous AC man came to my house twice and did not fix the issue. Said that my AC was bad and I would need to replace soon. Bill assured my AC is in good condition, and my AC is running flawlessly since he came by.

Bill and the team are respectful. Take pride in their work. And are fairly priced. They are family owned and operated and so they will take care of you more than the big chain competitors. I will be using their services again as needed.

This was my second experience with this company. I called on Sunday, my house wasn’t cooling. After hour service call was affordable and they were fast with repair had the capacitor with him.

My ac unit had went out before this Houston weather here start to get hot and humid. I looked them up online and notice that they had great reviews. I am so glad that I contacted them and Bill the owner is so cool that he also explains everything in detailed he educates you on ac units. I am glad that we got it done before our baby arrived. Bill did a great job a year ago for us when we need a heat and ac inspection before we purchased our house. A year later we took care of the items that were in the list to repair and he even matched the prices previously given even though inflation had made them go up. He is a old school and will look out for you when he can.

Great job, really went the extra mile. Had an old water heater from ages ago that was never removed from the attic because it was too big to fit through the door. Bill came through removed it and did the additional wood work. I'd definitely use them again in the future!

Top quality installation. Added extra effort to make sure the whole system could achieve optimum performance. For example: insulate all lines including the water drains. Use PVC pipe instead of pbs tubing for the secondary drain. Thorough inspection by the owner before turn over to the customer. It’s the extra care that make the job done right. I shopped around a lot and pick this company based on the good rating and reviews. A reasonable quote with the free air duct cleaning sealed my decision. I am very happy with the A/C installation and strongly recommend this Sugar Land A/C & H to my friends.
