Prevot HRS

I needed my AC maintenanced since this summer is already insanely hot and it didn't seem to be keeping up. Found him on Groupon and scheduled an appointment. He arrived the next day, cleaned and serviced my AC. Come to find out we needed freon, so he filled it up at an additional cost that was very affordable.
He was polite, gave me some advice on my unit, and serviced my AC in under an hour. We will definitely be using Prevot HRS in the future when we add the ductless unit upstairs!!! I recommend Prevot HRS!!!

Installed new AC outside unit, thermostat, Evac Coil and emergency AC shutoff valve. Excellent price, installation, very professional and prompt. I am completely satisfied!!

Took payment of $650 late 2016 after services completed. When I realized we had no AC upstairs working I called him back and emailed several times with no response. After I tried calling him and leaving a vm for the 4th time in 4 months I immediately decided to call from a different number. He answered on the first ring and once he heard it was me hung up. I then sent him a text that "I was not going to let this go". That's when he decided to text me back with a lame excuse that he hung up because he couldn't hear me. He assumed since I was nice and respectful that I was going to give up but I have a real problem when you play with my hard earned money.
