If you need any service for your HVAC system, I highly recommend Smart Air Technologies. Alex is terrific! He quickly and calmly diagnosed our problem and installed the new AC system that was needed, as well as a new Nest thermostat. He then, on his own suggestion, returned two weeks later to make sure the new system was operating optimally, as well as to give us a thorough tutorial on how to use the new "Smart" thermostat. For someone like me, who needs to be shown how things work, this was so much appreciated, as I never could have figured it out with the enclosed instructions or the online videos Terrific guy, stellar professional service, reasonable price!

It was a pleasure working with Alex. I usually don’t post reviews but I am so please with the work he did that I decided to write this review.

Alex responded to all my questions and concerns and is extremely knowledgeable about his field of work. He completed the work as promised, was extremely punctual and totally cleaned up after he was finished working while making sure the pathways he traversed were covered. My home is more comfortable now than before.

Alex and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional. They delivered top quality service at a very fair price. Our boiler broke down on a snowy day. I first called a big name company, and they quoted a big price repair and suggested it would be only reasonable to replace the entire boiler system. I then called Smart Air for a second opinion. They came right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a feasible solution at a fraction of the cost. The job was then done quickly. They kept the room clean, worked late hours just to make sure to get our heat back as soon as possible.

Alex and his crew could not have been any better. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs. I will no longer use my oil company for anything but delivering oil. From now on Alex gets all my maintenance and repair work.

Alex is the best! Reasonable prices, prompt and attentive service, and he knows his stuff. I've had 2 visits for service from him over a period of a few months, and both times he was able to accurately diagnose and solve my issues with both heating and my AC. Will work with him again!

This is my 2nd time working with Smart Air Technologies and I highly recommend them. Previously for a furnace replacement last year and this week for heating system maintenance at another location. Alex and staff have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, helpful and their rates are reasonable. They exercise care in performing their work as well as caring for your premises. Smart Air is a small hands on HVAC company . Very responsive and Alex is excellent and professional.

Alex is very professional and always on time which is unheard of these days. Alex and his installers are clean, neat and use shoe socks and tarps inside. Great company no problems and if you call him Alex will answer 😀
