Ryan was dispatched to our house and was great! He answered all of our questions and walked us through easy maintenance steps to ensure everything works fine. We would definitely recommend Safe Air if they were all like Ryan.

I had the best experience with Safe Air. The office rep (Claudia) was very polite and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The Sales rep (Jack) took his time and explained how the process of purchasing a new AC and heating complete system from start to finish. The install crew were very polite and respectful of my home and made sure to not damage anything while carrying the furnace and Airhandler into my attic. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. Didn’t even look like all my old ducts were ripped out. I highly recommend Safe Air to all my friends and family for any ac and heating needs. Great job guys!!

Amazing customer service! The price was fair and offered great value! They were also very quick to install (within 2 days of the agreement of the price). On the day of the installation, there were 2 employees working in installing the HVAC in the attic and another two installing the unit outside, so the disruption was minimal. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to install a new unit.

I really appreciated their quick response time. They were so kind to send someone out to repair our AC the same day it broke down. The dispatcher (forgot his name) was my hero to move schedules around to make sure someone could come out the same day. Martin (the technician) was the super hero who fixed our AC.
