Our experience with Safeair was beneficial and productive from our very first contact. The first person we actually talked to was a technician named Ruben. He was so thorough and so helpful. He explained to us in detail what was wrong with our air conditioning and heating system. In the following contacts with the office Yvonne was always very helpful and responsive to our questions and our needs. The technician who came out and installed our system was a man named Carlos. He was also a great help. He did a thorough and outstanding job installing our system.

Buying a new air conditioner is no small matter, especially when you live in a climate like Houston TX. Having cool air in your house is imperative to having a "good day" every day. Working with Safe Air has been a phenomenal experience from the sales meeting to the completed installation. The crew arrived on schedule and they took their time to be sure every joint, attachment, wire and the overall unit were installed safely and efficiently. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Safe Air! From the technician, the dispatcher to the office manager. All of these employees were kind, professional and took their time answering my questions and explaining what needed to be done to my A/C unit. Additionally, in comparison to other companies, their pricing was extremely fair. I will use Safe Air from now on when I need either repairs, replacement or maintenance. I also will refer friends and family members when they need assistance with their homes. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this company. Thanks Safe Air!

I had two Water heaters and an HVAC system installed in my house July 24, 2021, within months I notice white water marks on top of one of the Heaters, I called and a assistant there said they don't do Water Heaters and I told her that weird cause they just installed one a couple months back in my house she gave me attitude so I ask to speak with a manager and she said she would have them call me back. I remembered from the install the owner gave me his direct line so I called explained to him the situation, well he sends a technician out that has no clue on water heaters, tech then sends him a picture owner says he doesn't see any water and refused to take care of situation he also wanted to charge me a fee which I refused since they did nothing. I called in a professional Plumber who tells me they installed the system with the wrong parts and it would cost me $500 to get it fix. I am going to take them to small claims court and make sure everyone knows they don't stand by their work and subcontract people that don't know their jobs and SAFE AIR are so rude and unprofessional and don't cover the warranty. They supplies the tubing because old tubing was not the same, they made sub-contractor pay out of his pocket for it. So their reply below is BS

Safe Air did an excellent job at our home. We moved to a new home and had issues with existing system. Safe Air came in and gave us couple of options to address all issues. They did a great job from start to finish. Experienced and pleseant staff. Well done.

Safe Air exhibited all the above qualities. The Sales Rep, "Jack" was so professional. I do have some knowledge about air conditioning units. What I liked about Jack is that he wasn't trying to up sell me something I didn't need. He simply explain to me what I had and the different directions I could go. I ended up purchasing the complete system. Installer showed up on time. Completed the job within the amount of hours that was originally explained. Installers also cleaned up after themselves, explain to me what all they did and how to use the the new wi-fi system that was also given to me as a courtesy by the owner Cal. The owner Cal did follow up with me to make sure the service was A 1 and to make sure everything was working properly.
The best of all I received a ten-year warranty on the AC unit and parts and labor. Of the other companies offer this at an additional price. With Safe Air it came as part of the package. 💯 Satisfied

Technician Ryan was on time. Kept me posted on arrival. Excellent customer service. Job was completed on time and on budget! Will use Safe Air Houston again!

I had my air conditioner & ducts installed 3 weeks ago... Air was not cooling called Technician to come out a week ago, was asked to turn system off and they would have a technician come out. 1 Week later I am STILL waiting for the Technician to arrive... they have informed me 2 days in a row that they will be out and NO ONE HAS ARRIVED YET !!!!! With the 100 + degrees we have had this year, it is unbearably hot in my home. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !!I I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS COMPANY'S WORD IS NO GOOD !!! Mike Tymes
