Ok John from Royal Air came out gave me a better price than 3 other companies and was going to do the same thing as his competitors. So I gave Royal Air the job for my 4-ton Carrier unit. The install team came on time, cleaned up before they left and was finished in 6 hours. Thanks

Very impressed with Safe Air. I have hired them to replace the entire two systems in my house with Lennox XC 20 units and they have done an awesome job. My home warranty company dispatched Safe Air out to my home for issues with my AC. Ryan was the technician who was sent out. Ryan was very professional and very knowledgeable about my AC needs. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to conserve energy when it comes to my AC unit. He was funny and very attentive to my concerns. If I ever have to use them again in the future i will definitely request Ryan. He took his time and did not make me feel like he was in such a rush. I was very impressed with the sales man and the guy’s who installed my AC and Heating system for me, my house was built in the 1800 and equipment that was in my house was installed back in late 70es my electric bill was on average $300.00 a month.
I can’t what to see my bills now with the new heating and AC system and duct system and the insulation Safe Air installed.
We are so very happy how everything went on. And are loving are newly installed system!

Love, love, love this company! We had to have the air handler replaced in the attic. It was partially covered by our home warranty. The warranty company wanted us to wait (in the heat!) while they located a unit for Safe Air to install. Yvonne at Safe Air stepped up to the plate! She already has access to the exact unit we needed and she convinced them to let us use that one! That resulted in very quick service. Ryan, the service man, did an outstanding job with installation and follow-up care with a small problem we were having with our drain pan.
Great prices, great service!
Safe Air will be my A/C company for repair/replacing from now on!!

The capacitor for one of my AC units failed. I called homeserv with whom I have a contract with. They assigned me safeair to do the job. The technician came on time and resolved the issue promptly. Very professional and respectful. I say this especially because I had some work done last month and the attitude of most of the companies were very bad.
