This has been some of the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. They were quick to respond and get everything done when they wanted me to get a new AC system installed. They literally had everything installed by the next day, but immediately we could feel that two rooms that previously cooled with a 20 year old failing unit were all of a sudden not cooling AT ALL.

I immediately called Robert (my original sales guy) and he said he would have someone out on Monday to check since they give their guys Sunday off. I was understanding and agreed. No one showed up on Monday and I did not get a call. I call Robert back and he complained that his field guy is irresponsible and he should’ve followed up. He said he would follow up.

Wednesday: I don’t get a call or anything. I called Robert back. He sounds irritated and tells me he’ll take his own personal time to go out and check.

Thursday: Robert shows up at my house with an attitude and says it’s a design issue with the ducts that his guys should’ve caught. I tell him that can’t be it since those ducts were working with an older unit and should in fact work better with a new unit. He says that they can fix the ducts but he needs to get approval from the owner of the company. He’ll follow up.

Friday: I never heard back so I call Robert again. He answers and is short with me. I tell him, sorry if I caught you at a bad time but I was promised an update and I hadn’t heard back from you. He says he was taking a nap and still has not heard back from the owner. But he’ll follow up.

Tuesday: haven’t heard back so I call and send Robert a text. No answer even though the message shows as Read. I called the company and they will send someone out tomorrow. I’ll update once and if they come.

Save yourself the grief and go with a more reputable and professional company. There are plenty in the Houston area.

Very professional from Jerry in sales to the installation team. Got a good and fast quote from Jerry and the unit was installed the next day. Great financing options. Install team got here in the morning and finished up by mid afternoon. Cleaned up really good. Couldn’t even tell they had been here. Would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke to David Burt and he took great care of me and my family's needs. He came out the same day we 1st spoke and the next day the unit was installed. We was without air for 10 days and he and his quick response made sure we didn't make it to 11. For that we are very appreciative! Thanks again from the Kirkland Family

Our air conditioner began malfunctioning a week ago. Suddenly, it stopped working overnight. Not good in this Houston weather. My family immediately suggested to call Jay at Safe Air because of the wonderful experience they had with the company just a month prior. We have home warranty, so we had to follow proper protocol and have the warranty company assign Safe Air as our authorized provider. After this process was complete over the weekend, we were immediately contacted by Jay at Safe Air Monday morning. Jay sent his assistant Ryan Monday afternoon. Ryan did some diagnostics and determined that the compressor was faulty. Our AC was still under the manufacturer's warranty. But the manufacturer wouldn't provide Jay with a new compressor because apparently the faulty compressor's serial number didn't match their records or something like that. To help us out, Jay went above and beyond and paid the manufacturer upfront to get a new compressor. His agents installed the new compressor that evening. Jay got reimbursed after he returned the faulty compressor to the manufacturer. He did this all within 24 hours so that we could have cool air in our home again. We owe Safe Air, Jay and Ryan much gratitude for their trustworthy and honorable service.

Hands down Robert is the best very knowledgeable,professional and straight forward he got a crew out the very next day and those guys did an excellent job very professional on-time and Done the job in a timely fashion

Ryan was timely and professional. His integrity and knowledge was everything I could have asked for. He took the time to show and explain to me in detail what the issue was and although it was a simple issue and easy fix, he was honest with his approach (a previous experience with a different company showed me not all have the same integrity). When I called SafeAir I never expected them to get here so quickly, much less the same day! Their dispatcher called me to make sure the technician had arrived and had completed the job satisfactorily. I’m impressed.

Day 6

I spoke with a gentleman name Robert who was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable obviously has been around the block in the air conditioning world. I think I’m about to sign for him to replace a 5 ton and a 2 ton system he did a great job. Quick response quick arrival had answers for everything and he wasn’t selling me on the most expensive thing he was trying to take care of me
