They schedual me an appointment for 3:30 to 5:30 the technician showed up at 2:30 while I was still at work then when I called to get service back out that I was told that I needed to call a plumber that they couldn't help me I was so upset water from the AC all over the place, flooded my home. The technician said he called and he did one time and I couldn't hear him and he couldn't hear me but he did not reach out to me after that I was not happy with this company at all and yes I did end up calling a plumber and I was covered they said I wasn't so thanks for nothing....

This is my first experience with Safe Air and it was such a blessing. Up front, I can vouch for the value as I did get other estimates. Kal came through like champs. The explanations were so thorough, all aspects explained well. I am grateful for their quick ability to assess the issue and take care of it so quickly. We will certainly call Safe Air if needed again, and recommend to use this by many other in the community.

Thank you Safe Air for coming out and fixing my heat, right before we were hit with a cold spell. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay in my home but I called Safe Air, booked an appointment and i had working heat the same day. The technician explained everything to me and gave me a price for repair upfront, I agreed and my heat was up and going in no time. I would recommend Safe Air again and again. I truly am greatful.

Great experience with the owner and the equipment installation team. Kal (the owner) was very hands on with ensuring that the equipment was properly installed. He was even gracious enough to cover some unexpected costs during installation (old thermostat wasn't compatible with new unit). He also gave us a good deal on a new Trane system. I definitely recommend Kal and his team.

It's not a new construction nor the the replacement of the AC unit.
Your company just threat customers with the LAW and CODEs. Your company is a SCAM partnered with the Home Warranty companies.
You were not satisfied with the amount that Choice home warranty was paying you and you wanted to add on service and product to make more money by taking the shelter of the LAW and Codes and threatening people to pay you forcefully.

Wednesday June 10th 2020 we received a visit from Mr. Kal who introduced us to some wonderful AC units, explained the entire packages and what all it entailed, we were very happy with Mr Kal's synopsis of all the deals, what we might need and should receive, after we were able to strike a deal on the same day. On Thursday, June 11th 2020 the installation team arrived and made sure the new unit was fully operational and satisfactory to us. We would highly recommend Safe Air LLC to our family and friends when needed. Thank you Safe Air LLC for making our home cool again.

Kal was an amazing tech. He goes above and beyond and gives amazing education along with giving great advice on products that I need to upgrade for my home and system. He made the visit feel personal and he actually cares and builds a personal connection. You will definitely not feel like just a number or an account with them.

Lazy tech showed up, complained, then said “I’ll come back at 3” Minutes later, we got a call from the office saying “he’s not coming back until you clear space for AC unit” We called someone else after a night in the hot sweat box. They came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it. His charge was extremely fair (I paid him extra it was so fair). My guess is Safe Air guy wanted to sell us new unit and left when he realized that wasn’t to be. Thank God he left because we found a good guy.

From the owner to the technician William, I was treated with kit gloves. The workmanship was exceptional and care was made to protect my property. Willam wore gloves and foot covering during the whole process. It was speedy courteous service that I would highly recommend!

Good estimate process. Kal explained all options in detail for AC system replacement and made a great offer. Will strongly consider Safe Air.
