SAFE AIR LLC - AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

Follow-up service June 15, 2023.
In the midst of the current heatwave in Houston, I was once again in need of AC service and called on the team at Safe Air for their services.
This time, it was a different property but the results were quite similar.
Duane Sutton arrived and proceeded to outline the basics of the installation and gave me the expectations, should I decide to use their services...(no pressure and no heavy sales job).
Once I decided the job was theirs, Duane got the ball rolling and immediately scheduled the installation for the same day.
I was happy that the technician and his crew were the same gentlemen that did the original installation.
Ronaldo and his Dad arrived and started to work immediately.
They were professional, knowledgeable, did a great job with the installation, as well as thoroughly cleaned up before they left.
BTW...they were not the least expensive of the quotes that I received.
There is reason why I worked with Safe Air again and Duane, Ronaldo and his team factored very highly in my decision.

Should you be in need of a new HVAC system, I would highly recommend Safe Air, you would be disappointed with their services.

The process started with a visit form Duane Sutton who arrived ahead of schedule
and proceeded to provide a professional layout and a step by step layout of what to expect with the installation of a new HVAC system.
He helped with pricing, financing and a few upgrades, then scheduled the installation the following day.
The installation technician Ronaldo and his team arrived as scheduled, laid down a covering to protect the floor and started working immediately. They completed the installation, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to walk me through some of the new technology all while being thorough and professional throughout.
Should you be in need of a new HVAC system, I would highly recommend Safe Air, you would be overjoyed and completely satisfied with their services.

Ryan was extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to explain things and offer tips for preventative maintenance in the future. He definitely went above and beyond when he could’ve easily done the bare minimum. Give this guy a raise!

Have you been putting off replacing your HVAC unit? Safe Air offers great financing options. One thing I never realized is that your utility bill savings from updating your unit offsets your monthly payment. So far, my electricity bill has decreased by 40-50% each month and we’re not even in the heat of the summer yet. They take excellent care of you!!!

From the salesman to the installers everything went smoothly. They were here on time, professional and kind. Great company. I highly recommend.

Pricing was great. Installed unit. The outside unit didn't work because of manufacturer defect. They drove from Houston to College Station 3 times. To make sure the problem was fixed. Great service. Thank for a job well done.

It was... meh!

It felt almost like a wam bam thank you ma'am kinda thing. During installation no one called to ask how are things going, they installed a honeywell thermostat but i was under the impression of receiving the Lennox thermostat. Also, there was no follow-up after installation, that was a bummer.

Other than that side of this experience, they were the best price in the market.

I had a company quote me the same unit for about double the price.

Great price and excellent service on the installation of a new 4-ton system. Installers were knowledgeable and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new AC installation.

Safe Air just replaced our 20-year old HVAC system and I could not be happier. Their prices were very competitive and Kal, the Owner, is honest and fair. He does what he says he will do and he exceeded our expectations. I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend Safe Air Houston to anyone who is wanting to replace or upgrade their hvac system. They deserve 10 stars but Google only lets me give them five.....
