My husband and I walked into Conn's today looking for just a Washer. We ended up leaving with a Washer and Dryer thanks to the helpful and friendly sales staff. They worked quickly and efficiently and were never too pushy. I look forward to going back soon. I just filled out a survey on my Yahoo Acct. about this Conn's store as well, because they were absolutely awesome. Best store ever!

I forgot his name just that quick but he was very good at showing me the new deal they had going on. He gave me a great discount and the staff is very knowledgeable and nice to everyone. They treat you like family at this location.

Went there to look for bedroom set and we had the worse experience ever, an Asian guy who didn’t tell us his name or gave us a representation card had a nasty attitude when we asked him questions he didn’t respond and when we told him we were gonna consider our options he gave us a horrible look and walked away he left us without even saying “thank you for being here” or anything like that, it was terrible customer service and it was barely noon he wasn’t tired they didn’t even had customers he just treated us bad for no reason he had no reason to treat us that way. It’s a shame because they beautiful sets but the way we were treated was awful.

I came in Saturday after a long overdue need for a new bedroom suite and second television. My salesman was knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. He was considerate of my budget and I left pleased again. Sunday (08/05/18) I had to come back in to get guidance with the television set up. The manager (Brandon?) worked with me despite my technology fear and assisted me with the setup! Both guys were awesome!!

I had given Con's a bad review because I had too many problems with my refrigerator and they couldn't fix the problem. They were able to replace it. Overall, I'm happy now with the new refrigerator and with the service provided by the sales person A Khan. He was very professional and made sure we had the refrigerator by the next day.

Amazing experience! Mohammad helped us choose our fridge on Saturday. He was very knowledgeable. he set up the delivery for NEXT DAY on Sunday. He called us 2 times. once before the delivery to make sure we were happy with our purchase and once after the delivery to make sure we were happy with our delivery. This is what I call an amazing 5 star customer service.

My salesman was the same one that sold me my fridge and stove. He is great and super informative! He guided us through genwhole process and what to expect. We had a smooth transition and all was taken care of within 24 hrs!

Every time I've gone to Conns I always get Shewlyn as my representative each time I get exactly what I want. He's an amazing sales associate that makes sure I leave with what I want.
