Today, I needed to do two things. First, a shingles shot at CVS. Second, look at a refrigerator at Conn’s as mine appears to be going out. I was in and out of cons in fewer than 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes to wait, check in, wait and get my shingles shot. Far less frustrating to buy a beautiful new energy star refrigerator from cons! Shelwin is awesome! The store manager checked in on me twice to make sure I was being taken care of. This is how customer service should be handled.

Dropped by Conn's today to ask a few questions pertaining to credit approval and I left walking on air! Not only was I approved for double of what I expected, Conn's Representative Mr. Shelwin Malit assisted me with the best service I have ever received. Like I told him, I did not expect to accomplish today what we got done. With his help, I made real progress today by getting the purchased products that I have been wondering when and how I was going to accomplish that. Thanks Shelwin and a shout-out to Mr. Ray as well.

I received amazing service at Conn's HomePlus on Main St. When I walk through their doors I was greeted by the young lady at Customer Service. She said excuse me to her present customer and told me she would be with me in just a moment. From there Ms. Barbara a very knowledgeable associate ask me what were I looking for? I explain to her the features I would love in my purchase. She then narrow my options to three and was very informative about each product and its features. Which lead my to great purchase. I received an absolute 5 star service. As I was there I observe I saw them all work as a team. Making sure every customer or follow co-worker were taking care of. As well the manger was very involve with his sales floor, team and customers. If you needed assistance there was a Conn's floating employee eager to assist. Overall very pleased and they we receive more my business!!

I went in a little leery just because I didn't want to be hounded by sales people. I knew exactly what I wanted and was not looking forward to being talked into something else. I ended up finding a different TV that was MORE expensive than the one I intended on getting. I had the pleasure of working with Shah and asked his honest opinion which TV was better. Believe it or not, he told me the one I originally wanted was pretty much the same but was just displayed with the wrong settings. I couldn't believe his honesty. There were a bunch of different options he asked if I wanted with my package, and I kept asking "do I need it?" And he would tell me yes or no. Loved his honesty and not pushing me to upgrade. Very rare. Brandon, the manager, and him inspected my TV in front of me and then loaded into my car. It was legit the most pleasant experience making a big purchase I've ever had. We are loving our TV! Also, I've had some IT questions since I've set everything up and every time I call, there is someone to answer my questions. I recommend them highly!
