I contacted this place of business twice in a week for a sales rep to come out & diagnosis a possible new HVAC install . . No one ever reached out or made any attempts to return my call . Red flag ….

Washington and Sons has serviced our family's air conditioning systems for over 16 years and I can personally speak for their ethical business practices. They are committed to providing excellent customer service and do not try to oversell their services. Arthur and their service team are honest guys that do great work and each and every time they come out for service calls. I honestly believe that the maintenance work they perform annually is the reason for my air conditioning systems lasting longer than the average life span.

Keep up the good work guys - you all are the bomb!

I have used this place before, they are usually always late but show up. I made an appointment for them to come out today and they give a 4hr window. The appointment was set for 3p which could go up to 7. I called to see when someone was coming out since I hadn't heard from them. The answering service said I'll see if I can get someone to call you back. It's now almost 7:30 my A/C is completely out and they still have not bothered to return a phone call. Poor service, will not be calling them again to give them any business or referrals. As a matter of fact I'll tell people to run because they will keep you hanging.

Walter is extremely helpful and does great work! We were having issues with an AC system that wasn't working as well as it should've been. He came out quickly and was able to get it fixed up and explained everything to us. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future for all of our AC needs!

Got stood up twice.
They came out and added refrigerant to one of my units as the other was working fine that day. The other unit is no longer any good. Both are nearing 18 years so I asked they come give me an estimate for replacement of both because it's time.
When they failed to show I called and got an apology and we rescheduled. Waited again today and no call no show.
My time is valuable to me.

These guys took excellent care of my elderly Mother today and gave her honest low cost feedback that saved her money. I really appreciate your guys work off Scott. Best!!
