(5-24-2023) I purchased my home (built in 2018) a month ago on April of this year. I wanted to ensure that my HVAC is done correctly so I went ahead and hired this company to come check it out. Everything was running smoothly before the tech came in to service my equipment, In which stopped working after he left! I called right away to see if I can get someone to come and figure out what went wrong in which they tried charging me $230! They told me they will come tomorrow morning (5-25-2023) if I didn't want to be charged! I could not stand being in the heat and was not going to let my wife of kids be in this heat either! I decided to call my brother in law (who has HVAC qualifications) and we found out that the tech did not reconnect my capacitor in my furnace! I am outraged at the outcome of this visit! And I did feel some ill intent from my tech. I will ensure to call the company in the morning, and I want my money back!

Service person charged me 149 bucks but wouldn’t do anything. He made an excuse that he can’t touch electrical and when he came back the next time after getting the electrical fuse replaced he rambled on about slum lords and flip houses and recommended a whole new unit. He never serviced the AC for which I paid and torn off the insulation on the pipe to the outside unit. Also, when he came out the first time he adjusted the drip pan which caused water to drip on to insulation and ultimately resulted in water falling through my ceiling and now I have to get sheet rock done. I will not use village plumbing again.

Called on a Saturday. Quick response. Dispatcher was nice and it was easy to understand the costs upfront. Brandon came out quickly and resolved the main drain clog. Then inspected the line to make sure it was clear. All work done professionally, promptly and courteously. Would highly recommend.

Everyone is extremely nice but I can’t help but feel I just got majorly ripped off! Paid $100 to become a “member” and scheduled my first AC tune up. Scheduled for July 3rd not bad. I get a text from them the day of that they were at capacity and needed to reschedule. They couldn’t fit me back in till August. Called back and said need it sooner since it wasn’t cooling well. Got an appointment next day. What?well Great! Nice Tech came out did the routine tune up I originally asked for. Said I just have an old house, it’s really hot and unit was running good. Recommended I change out the capacitor. Ok! Ended up with a whopping $878 bill!! WTH?! I’m not even sure how that happened! My advice….RUN!!

I needed confirmation of a sewer line leak and then a repair that required tunneling under the foundation. Kendrick performed a camera inspection at no charge and located the leak, Scott explained my options and the work to be done, David arranged the scheduling, a digging crew excavated the site (Mon-Tues), Edwin did the required plumbing repair (Thur) and the digging crew backfilled the area (Sat). Service was prompt, reliable, and professional, the price competitive, and they explained the process in detail and answered all my questions - that was very important to me. It was an expensive and complex project but the price was reasonable given the extent of tunneling required.
