The salesman was very helpful. I was able to purchase what I needed but the interest rate is pretty high. Maybe it would be less if my credit score were higher - not sure. Otherwise it was a nice store with a nice salesperson a good selection and easy terms. FYI - Sales people work on commission

They have slot of stuff but it’s hard to make a decision when they constantly trying to get you to run your credit and have you commit to purchasing a whole set. If anything shop around and say you’re just looking bc if not they will hound you and hound you! Make sure you check all resources before choosing this place

Purchased over $3,500 in furniture pieces about 1 year ago. My purchase included a double side by side Frigidaire refrigerator . That requires a $40. water filter replacement every six months. I purchhased the replacement filter 6 months. When I went to replace it, I discovered the Conn's sales associate sold me the incorrect replacement. I took it back to simply exchange for the correct filter for my new refrigerator. Employee/ manager, Mr Ian Byington, refused to accept transaction without a receipt . He stated it was company policy. Larissa at cooperate headquarters reiterated this policy via a phone conversation. It appeared that your OR scanning system and accounting system doesn't benefit customers who pay caash,in store. I feel I have be placed in this precarious position due to your sales personnel s lack of product knowledge. Why must I pay for your😑 mistake after being a loyal customer. Please find a way to make this exchange or you may loose customers. I am not happy with what appears to be a disservice.
