Just ask for "Shelbit!" He's the real deal! Founding member of the salesforce since the opening at this particular Conn's ten years ago. Great guy. No pressure, but his congeniality WILL win you over, trust me! He checked to see if my screen was cracked on the 43" Samsung TV I bought BEFORE he loaded it in my truck! Who does that? Because the warranty does NOT cover cracked screens if you get it home and find a cracked.

Last Sunday me and my boyfriend came to Conn’s and purchased a TV … we had VERY VERY GREAT help from a worker name Lashandra ( I might have misspelled it ) ! But she was very nice so friendly with a very positive attitude, not to mention great communication skills with costumers … & a great seller if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t even have walked out with a TV what’s so ever !!

The communication between the installation department and Conns 9567 S Main St Houston, TX 77025 needs to be improved upon. The salesman told me when the installation would take place and that I’d get a courtesy call. When the tech called he told me he did not have a helper. I agreed to reschedule so I took off of work the next day to be available for the installation of the product after confirming with the installation tech and the customer service personnel. Yet, they did not record my request to reschedule to 7/26/22. In fact, it was recorded that it was already installed (7/25/22) when it was actually still in a box. I was left waiting at home still unable to use the product and the installation tech never answered my call. I was inconvenienced and I am highly dissatisfied with their poor communication practices. Perhaps if they were able to install on the day of delivery the situation would have worked out much better. I have had the product for only two days, I live 3 min away from this location and now that I want to return the product after losing hours at work I am being told I need to pay the restock fee to return although I was inconvenienced + the delivery fee although the product is unopened.
