The salesman Mohammed knew his stuff very well presented

I ordered a fridge because I needed it ASAP. They told me it was going to be delivered next day, and when I called to make sure I was getting it that next day they said I had to call the day BEFORE to confirm the delivery. No one told me I had to call. If I paid it, ofcourse I want it duh. Then when I tried cancelling the order they told me I had to go in person and I would get a check in the mail in 5 weeks.
Im pretty sure they could return it to my credit card but just wanted me to have an excuse to not go and cancel it. I was told I was going to get a call back and that lady never called me back.
I had no other choice than to call to get it delivered the day after. NEVER SHOPPING HERE OR ANY CONNS AGAIN AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY ARE LIARS.

I bought a refrigerator from the South Main location in Houston, Texas. I purchased the warranty as well. The brand new refrigerator never worked properly. I had the warranty people come to see what the problem was. They made the issue worse and now it makes a loud roaring noise. The warranty people never came back to fix the problem and after a week I asked for my money back. They told me I had to pay a 15% restocking fee totaling $287. They 2 managers were very rude and didn't care about my horrible experience, they just wanted money. I will definitely be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

I had a good salesman his personality was very good he had a beautiful smile the whole time his patientance was very good his listening and understanding was substantially wonderful eye contact all the time. I will recommend him to other people. I would say he’s beyond 5 stars 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had applied online for credit and my husband and I went to the store once we received approval call. The person who got us set up for a set of washer and dryer was very helpful. Showing us the features and whatnot about the sets we were interested in. At first we were kind of being pushed to go with the high end sets but after explaining that I had a back problem and didn't want to bend over to put clothes in the washer, the customer service man was understanding and listened to my request.
We were set up and ready in about 30 minutes. Got our set delivered 2 days later. I was really impressed with the efficiency and organized way they worked with us in timely manner.
I will definitely recommend this place to any one who needs to establish credit or build their credit. They work with you and in our case, we didn't have to give a downpayment or any type of payment upfront until 30 days after. Very pleased with this place.

My sales rep was wonderful. He assured me I would get approved even though I had thoughts.. he also took time and patience to show me different beds. He allowed me to lay on each bed to adjust to the comfort... I am so please with my sales rep. Excellent customer service

The female manager at this store is a liar and is rude She told us that an item did not come with the computer because it was a touch screen , but online it is advertised with the item. Then when we confronted her, she lied and changed her story. Do not shop at this location
