Purchased a couch and love seat here and after confirming the delivery multiple times the day of I get a call saying the couch isn't in stock. I had already moved furniture to make way for the new stuff. Also still hoping in a quick refund of my money. Super disappointing :/

Every time I visit the store I've come home with what I wanted. Mr. Mohammed has assisted me with my purchases for years. He's great. He never rush me. He asks me if I need anything else. He tells me about advertisements. And he's always professional and kind. I will continue to shop at Conn's and refer my family and friends as well.

I enjoyed the great customer service I received from Mr Dewalt. He was so patient and explained everything very thoroughly. Good experiences matter and I left a happy customer

Customer service was beautiful they allowed me time to think about my purchase I was not rushed at all thanks to my sales associate he was so kind I will return 610 and Main street

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have been giving my mother the run around on her refrigerator for months now. Then it stopped working right after she restocked. They don’t want to replace, fix or reimburse. Even one of their employees seen how much food had to go to waste. I would not recommend. This place is a scam.

Great sales experience, the staff were very attentive. The purchase was a very short process.

We walked in the store and was greeted by Rasool Dal. He was so polite and helpful. He told us all about the different appliances. He did not try to sell us a product that we did not need. He sat with and actually talked to us and not at us. He even called two days later to make sure we received our product. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Went in to browse around and left after buying a freezer. Our sales lady, Lauryn Hudson and her manager Mr. Chavez, were very, very helpful. I admired the fact that she took her time, found out our needs and professionally helped us. I truly had no intention of buying anything until her mild demeanor changed my mind.
Admittedly , I am not easy to pacific and she did just that.

Our salesman Ian was an absolute joy to work with! He's very professional, detailed and went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was great! His colleague Jose exhibited excellent teamwork skills. The assistant manager Donya was also very professional during the verification process. Very happy with these guys and location.
