    These people sent 3 different techs to my house to repair my unit and failed to do so. Said I needed a part that took over 3 weeks to get here and when it finally arrived, it did not fit. It was not even close to fitting. Then when they showed back up today (6-15) they proceed to tell me I owe them $1300+ dollars to which I replied "no, I'm not paying that". I then get a call from "Chuck" saying that he told me about these charges (he did not) when I talked to them to reschedule. He then proceeds to tell me "I did not listen to him". He not once mentioned anything about extra charges because our conversation lasted all of 30 seconds and was only about scheduling. He was rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend this company AT ALL!! If your home warranty company uses A-US Air, find someone else.

    Don’t use them. Find an honest ac guy. Ac was working just fine. Tech asked if I wanted to go ahead and replace my capacitor since it was pretty old. I said go ahead and do it. He installed it, then blower motor blew after he left. He said he would get a guy out here today. Texted him today and he says “Hello, call your home warranty.” Garbage company, and so is American Home Shield

    I purchased a new a/c unit that's not even 1 years old and constantly calling for maintenance. I was told that I have a 10 year warranty, but they didn't mention if ants nothing is covered. Then the tech wanted to change me $287 for a part. Stay away. Just sad!! Watch out for Drew! He came out on Monday and said nothing was wrong with my unit and the fan stop working by Friday because he took the cover off of the connector on Monday so the ants had time to due damage!! They have a good scam going.

    Our AC went out over the weekend and we went through our home warranty company to get it fixed. They selected A-US Air. They said they would be at the house between 10-12. Johnny showed up at 9:30 and had it resolved by 10 am. He was great at communicating with me via text since I was at work and my fiancé was on a work call.

    Avoid working with this company if possible. I have been trying to work with them for a week getting my AC fixed through my home warranty. They have been very unprofessional on the phone. I have talked to a couple nice people I do want to mention that. The company actually repaired a leak that I had over a year ago which they access through my crawlspace in my carport. They reported that they did not have access to the unit to the homeowners insurance when in fact they have been up there themselves. It was a different tech than it was the time before and I tried to let them know that they have been up there but it was a different tech but they weren’t hearing it. It’s very frustrating because it is 100° out and I haven’t had air for over a week. I’m at their mercy and no one seems to care. I don’t know if that tech was just being lazy or if I need to cut a hole in my ceiling but no one will get me a straight answer.

    Don't believe everything this company tells you, ask lots of questions. I recently paid them to install a brand new system at my house. I was told all work would be brought up to code. The city came out to inspect their work and gave 2 red tags. One for not even connecting the furnace flue properly and another for the 120V power to the furnace which must be hard wired. They came and fixed the flue but are rfusing to do anything with the 120V plug even though the worked on the 240V outside. They should have been honest about what they were actually bring up to code. Now I have to hire yet another company to come bring their work up to code

    AHS sent them after scheduling and waiting 2 days. The tech talked about a 4 year old freon balance from 2018 and declined the service. They have not contacted me for 4 years but it is an issue now after 4 years! I think it is a fraud and I don’t remember not paying as all these contractors get payment upfront before servicing via AHS.

    It just seems this company is highly dubious and almost a fraudulent company. And leaving without servicing the unit on a 4 year old balance for which even my credit card has no record (I checked online to see but the records only go back to 2020) is highly questionable and unprofessional.

    Ok. This is an update from a previous review that my wife posted. This company is certainly not making things right. We bought a new AC system from these guys LAST SUMMER and it was incorrectly installed. They took forever to fix it and just when we thought all of the damage was fixed (yes, they caused dammage to the house and it was fixed THIS WEEK), we find that there is a leak stemming from the pipes that feed through the roof! The incompetence in this company is rampant. The ONLY people we have been happy with are Anthony (a senior tech that diagnosed all of the bad mechanical issues) and the painters (from Dallas) that they sent to patch up a previously wet area in the wall that was caused by the faulty installation. DO NOT BOTHER with these people. We have never received an apology for this craziness and every time we are told that a manager/supervisor will get back with us, they never do. They DO send someone to fix things but, obviously, that's no good if the "fixes" don't work. We've had about half a dozen visits from these people since the end of the summer and the problems just keep coming. We stated in the previous post that we'd be contacting the BBB if this was not made right. Looks like it's time to make good on that.

    A-US replaced a fan blower which is covered under American Home Shied home warranty. It took 4 days to have a technician (Marvin) come out for diagnostic and 3 more days to order the parts and fix the problem. Over all I'm happy with the service.

    They don’t even deserve 1 star!! These people are a joke!! Chuck with the install department is rude! They don’t even have qualified technicians, one comes and says one thing and then they say another person has to come back to “fix” the problem. But I’ve had the same problem every year and they keep finding something else. And then they want to blame it on the homeowner. When they tell you there’s an appointment they don’t call or show up!!
