    Update- I had another company service my unit and get a second opinion. The feedback was extremely concerning! US Air told me my unit needed Freon, which was a lie. It was actually over by 2.5 lbs which could have caused major issues within pressure limits. Also, the only repair that was needed was a fan motor. US-Air lied about what repairs were needed to just make a quick dollar. Extremely unethical company!

    DO NOT let American home shield send this company. They delayed my intial service date by 1 day. when they came they put Freon in my unit and left, my AC stopped working the next day. I’ve tried to have them come back, and it will take 4 days. From other reviews it’s a pattern of poor service from this business. STAY AWAY

    BEWARE! Avoid this company at all costs! The 1st tech that came to look at our AC and said it was not working intermittently because of our “windows and insulation”. 2nd tech came out and said the first tech missed a wire that was plugged into the incorrect place and had no other answers as to why our AC would only work for an hour at a time, then shut off for several hours before working again for an hour, then would shut off again. He asked several times if I was “sure there was no air blowing when it stops working”. To which I said yes, I am 100% sure no air blows and he still didn’t seem to believe what I was saying to him, told me there was nothing he could do because it “appeared to be working”. Sure enough, within 2 hours of him leaving our air stopped AGAIN. Needless to say I’m fighting with my warranty company to get a second opinion. Not to mention whoever answers the customer service phones are very rude.

    AHS has sent this company twice to fix my heat. Each time they were only at my house for 10 minutes. This last trip the tech claimed a switch on the door was off. But was told the heat was working after the first trip. I confirmed and asked multiple times if it was blowing hot air. I asked again after the second trip if the heat was blowing hot air after the discovered a switch was off. I was assured each time my heat was working. Now the Texas cold front has hit and I go to turn my heat on and guess what? I still DON’T have heat. I have made my third claim but will be freezing all weekend. I will be placing a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office. I have also spoken to AHS and want an explanation as to why they keep dispatching a company with such poor reviews and terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    Assigned through American Home Shield. My AC went out and the technician came two days later. He was great; knowledgeable and professional. Stated he had to turn in diagnosis for approval and they would call within 48 hours to schedule coming out. After 48 hours, I called for an update. By this point, it's been 4 days without AC and 90° in my house and my kid has gotten ill from the heat. They said they didn't have approval. So I called AHS and they called the company to tell them to submit diagnosis for approval. I called this company back and she told me she'd get it done "within a day." I said it needed to be expedited; I'd already waited 48 hours and my child is getting ill. She said it would be done once we got off the phone. I waited about 30 minutes and called back to see if it had been completed, and she said another department does it and they have 48 hours to complete and submit, and there was a long line in front of me and I'd just have to wait. By then I was furious and angry, and asked shouldn't it be expedited since I'd already waited the 48 hours, and she said no, there's a lot of other customers in front of me and I just have to keep waiting. She was rude by the 3rd time I called, but to be fair, so was I. I called AHS back, and they called them and told them this is critical, and for it to be submitted today. At this point, I'm doubting it will get done.

    I would. Their technician came out because our home A/C unit was not cooling. The technician spent about 5 minutes on the unit, so called putting freon in it. He then went back and reported that our duct system under the house had pest damage. He NEVER looked at our ducts. We were told that the technician turned in pictures of our duct system - HE NEVER LOOKED AT OUR DUCTS. This in return caused our home warranty company to deny our claim, as pest damage is not covered on our contract. We had another company come out today and our evaporator coil had gone out. We paid out of pocket for repairs. If you need A/C unit repairs at your home call EVERYONE LOVES AIR. They fixed us right up and after eight days of sweating, phone calls and total exasperation with American Home Shield and A-US AIR we are finally cool. GOODBYE A-USAIR AND GOODBYE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD FOR NOT BELIEVING US WHEN WE TOLD YOU A-US AIR GAVE YOU A FALSE REPORT. .

    This is a horrible company to due business with. My tech 'Raul' kept talking over me and refused to listen. They want to replace a coil and drain pan which not resolve the condensate running down the supply and damaging my home. I have personally seen the leak and was confirmed by qualified HVACi investigator. They refuse to acknowledge the real problem and want to replace a 2 year old coil and recharge my system with R22. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR BENEFIT.

    It's terrible. It's an AC tune up service from the home warranty. Before the technician came, the machine was working fine. After finishing the tune up, the guy said everything was good. But after he had gone, the AC didn't work. When I called him, he didn't want to respond and just asked me to tell the home warranty. The home warranty just sent them an email and asked them to contact me. I waited for the whole day. There's no response from them.

    The technician showed up 4 hours late. My AC was clogged. He was here maybe 15 minutes , said he needed a part and would return the next morning. Never showed up but I received a notification he ordered a part. He didn’t return the 3rd day either-despite my calling the office twice a day and at this point my ceiling is leaking water inside the house. He came the 4th day ( yes my AC was still leaking during these days. He then stated it was a clog that a plumber needed to handle and he left. Plumber called the next day and was certain it was not his area. So we requested a different company and had to file a claim for the floor and ceiling. My linoleum had to be removed and a water damage company has had fabs running for 3 days- major damage. And the new AC company? They had the leak stopped and repaired within 20 minutes of arrival. I would actually give NO stars, if I could.

    Worst service ever!! Do not use them! Beaumont TX 4/14/2022 tech came out and check on the ac. The tech told us the compressor is leaking and needed replace. We call to follow up on the status another tech told us they are replacing the coil. We are getting two different story on what parts they are repairing. I have been getting the run around for 3 weeks from A-US air conditioner. The tech call me Thursday 5/12/2022 that they have my parts in and schedule to come out for Friday. I ask him when is the next available appointment they said Tuesday. Tuesday come around I haven't receive any phone calls from tech prior they arrive to get my air conditioner repair . So I call the tech 4 times and finally someone pick up and I ask if someone was coming out today. The tech told me that the part dept. order the wrong parts and they will have to reschedule me to Thursday and there isn't nothing they can do. Today is Thursday I call the tech again 3 time and left message no one pick up my call. I've called the customer service to ask for the status if the tech will come out today because they schedule to come out today. She said that I call the day before and cancel the appointment. I didn't call them to cancel my appointment. I ask to speak the manager and the manager said it is pending on the tech. The customer rep transfer me to the tech . The tech was very rude he said he had other customers to attend to I am not the only one. He said the parts haven't come in yet and we don't know when we will be out there to get your ac repair. At this point I am very frustrated . I have request off to leave work to meet these tech out . I am just getting a run around and my ac isnt fix
