Great company! Brandon was so nice and quickly found the cause of my non working air conditioner unit while the temperature was 100 degrees. Shawn was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and helped to schedule my repair within 1 day. All of the staff performing the repairs was helpful. I highly recommend this company. I have been a client of Dallas Plumbing (original company) for 30 years. They were awesome but were sold sometime in the past few years.
We thought it was the same family-owned company. We paid $5,000 deposit ($25,000 estimated total cost) to replace two AC units in June 2023. They still have not done anything after multiple calls. Just get a national center call center. Will not refund our money. We have engaged another local AC company to handle since they will not respond to our repeated calls to finish the job.

Travis and Josh were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.They were able to schedule a next-day installation for a new AC and offered a great 18-month no-interest, no-payment deal which is saving us. These people are very honest as they gave the same info on my unit as another very respectable company had, without me telling them. That was the deciding factor for me to put my trust in them!!

Technician was prompt and looked at the interior issue before giving me a price to do the work. Unfortunately, there was only one person and there would have been another visit so, I chose to let the other contractor also come out. They were less expensive and prepared to do the work immediately.

Had a great experience with Dallas Plumbing Co. after our AC was not working properly. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and communicated exactly what was going on as well as steps for fixing the issue. Our AC is fixed! Will definitely be requesting him if (God forbid) we are ever in need again.

Only area we have feedback for is the scheduling/dispatch — we had booked a technician to come out on a Monday morning but we were not seen until first thing Tuesday morning. I did receive a couple of phone calls to update me with new estimated appointment windows, but did have to call a couple of times after several hours of waiting that Monday. Thankfully, I work from home so it was just a lesson in patience, but I could see how this could be potentially frustrating for those who work typical hours/jobs.

All in all, I would recommend for the service we received once Josh arrived at our home. Thanks!

Dallas Plumbing Company always ensures they solved my AC issues…. Today no service fee to diagnose AC needs a new board. Still got it up and running until part can be replaced…

I called for a simple inspection to be done on my a/c system and was told it would be $69.99. My husband was yhe one home for the service and when the tech was done, he told my husband that the total was $400. He asked why and was told that it was the maintenance that was done on the unit that we did not ask for. The tech did not tell my husband the cost or anything about the maintenance. We were swindled out of money and I hope this review helps others to not fall into their trap. Horrible company.

My outdoor condenser fan was not working, so I contacted Dallas Plumbing and informed them that I got their contact from Carrier website and my unit is still under warranty. The lady I spoke with said, they will take care of it and dispatched tech the following day. Tech arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem and told me the capacitor is bad and it will cost me $320 (after 15% discount) to replace it. I looked up online and the price of that capacitor was just $14. I just paid the $79 inspection fee and told him I will figure it out myself. Later that day I bought the capacitor myself and replaced it. It is outrageous to charge $300 for the capacitor that only cost $14.

Mr Trevis inspected my air conditioner compressor which failed.
He managed to get the compressor and the air conditioning system working again.
He was very knowledgeable and professional in work.

Eric was my service man. I am a disabled senior, having to use a walker and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the air conditioning system as he did his maintenance. He helped move my car for me in and out of the garage and checked on a couple of other things that I asked him questions about and was very knowledgeable, if all the servicemen that came out were as polite and kind as this this young man was I would have no problems with any companies!
