    Finally, a company I can trust with my heating and air conditioning needs! Alix Z. with Dallas Plumbing Company came to my home earlier this week to replace two major parts to my a/c unit. Since my unit was still under warranty, I was only charged labor (which was NOT costly
    at all) and he only took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. The other company was going to charge me $248 for the part. I told him “no thanks…I will get another opinion”.

    This company advertised in Best Pick Reports, so I called them. First time, on a Saturday, the person answering the phone promised I would get a call back during the week. Didn't happen. Second time, I reached "service" and was told next appt was over 10 days out. They charge $55 for service call and $48 every 15 minutes. If a helper is required, that's an addl $37 every 15 minutes. Didn't ask me about what I needed. It sounded like the person taking the calls was tired of answering the phone. Maybe they are wonderful plumbers, but I didn't get the feeling they need new customers. I hired another company.

    Did not honor my warranty on the AC units I purchased through them. When I called to speak with them the supervisor would never call back.

    I've used Dallas Plumbing and AC several times over the last decade. No more. They can't even provide the common courtesy of responding to multiple requests for service.

    FAILED TO respond to 3 calls for service, then failed to follow directions to bring the part with the technician resulting closing of a business on a Saturday night. UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    marginal company. over the years have used them but they really are rude and overpriced. not surprised my favorite technicians left. never again.
