Gentlemen was curious, respectful, kind and very informative.

They were supposed to come, identify and repair gas leak.
Two “plumbers” showed up, were very unprepared for the job and after a lot of discussion and trial and error they were not able to find the leak.
Still was charged $299 for the two hours they both were here and was told I was lucky because they only charged the hours of one “plumber”.
I am constantly surprised at the lack of professionalism in the plumbing business and how in today’s customer experience world that they are still allowed to get away with this.
Unfortunately I have not yet found a company in this area that really cares about customer experience.
These guys do not make it and the search continues.

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Called yesterday at 7:45 am to request A/C service. The unit was not cooling , happened overnight . Tom came out at 9:00 am and service was complete by 9:45 ! We have used Dallas Plumbing Company several times for plumbing repairs on our 40 year old house but this was the first time using your A/C service . We had already planned on the bi-annual service check later in the week. Thank you so much for saving our Fourth of July. We highly recommend your company .

Every time I called Dallas Plumbing I have received quick and excellent service. Very nice plumbers. Always on time and they explain what needs to be done. Prices are good. We won't call any other plumbing service. Thank you for the great service.
