The gentleman who came here was wonderful but the prices quoted were ridiculous. We will no longer use this company for plumbing

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. It was an easy fix, and I appreciate that the technician helped us fix it ourselves instead of coming out and charging us!! We will definitely be using Dallas Plumbing Company for any future work 😊
