STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!Called these guys for a gas leak repair. Told me it was a FREE CHECK to see where the problem was and then would be quoted price for repairs. Called again and they said $120 for a check.... Called again and said free gas leak check. Guy shows up and can HARDLY EVEN STAND. HE WAS DRUNK OFF HIS A$$. Could barely reply to my questions. Couldn't even use his tablet ,I'm sure was moving to fast for him. Then tells me it'll be $3310 to fix everything without even looking for the problem or even checking AT ALL. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. If I had to choose this company or CUTT off one of my arms..... I'D BE A ONE ARMED MAN.

I called Dallas plumbing for an estimate to replace my water heater. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. However they did send a lovely gentleman within an hour to give me an estimate for $119 charge. My problem is with the exorbitant estimate. They wanted $3970 for a water heater replacement in the garage. Easy access. I called a competitor, got an over the phone estimate for HALF price! $1998 installed. Same brand, same thing. Same day install.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They have a national call center that answers their phones and the reps do not have access to any owner account. They ask you to repeat all of your account information each time because they cannot see your service details or account details. Company gave me a 2 hour window and did not even call to let me know they were running several hours behind. They gave me a window of 1-3pm or 3-5pm (which I was to choose) and no one called me when tech was running ours behind. I called the company to find out where the tech was. The tech that came to our home was beyond rude. And then the price was 3x more than others in the area. I would never use this company! When I asked to speak with a manager, they said that had no phone numbers or emails of anyone to contact but the 'Manager' will call you back. I asked for a 'Manager' to call back yesterday and then never did. I called again today with the exact same script given to me. You cannot cancel any appointments with the without speaking to a 'Manager' and good luck getting a hold of any 'Manager.'

Never use this company! Since they have sold the company it is a complete mess over there. I have never seen a company so disorganized and unable to repair my AC after 4 weeks of saying they are trying. We have reached out over 100 times and hardly any feedback. I have been told 3 times now that the part finally came in and they will show up to repair the AC and they are a no show each time. Our 15 month old unit has been down 4 weeks and they do not care.

$8500 quote to do the following work. Job 1: remove capped fire place gas line and install small piece of black iron (parts $50, labor time 20min. Job 2: plumb t fitting and quick disconnect to my gas line going into my house where fittings are easily removable (parts: $50, labor time 1hr). You do the math because I did not know plumbers make $5,600/hr until DPC showed up. Should I pay $8500 for this work? This is what I call rip your face off quote. The tech that showed up was a nice guy and he obviously was not responsible for the quote. I would not have given a review if they had simply told me that they couldn't do the work. Instead DPC shot for the moon and insulted me. I guess every now and then someone with more money than sense will pay this. Customers beware.

They were on time yes but their quote was out of this world. For that reason I give them only one star. Folks you must understand we are all struggling these days and some of us are living on fixed income yet their price was astronomical compared to others. I have now completed the job at a fraction of what they wanted to charge me, that's unacceptable!

While I didn’t use the company for my mini split AC, the rep was so nice, honest and knowledgeable on the topic. Price point was high since I had someone that could install it for me for cheaper. If I was going to go with a company, I would definitely have used them.

Unfortunately, had to replace two A/C units … but fortunately Joel, Tendo and Rafael were friendly, punctual, professional, detailed and communicative of how installation was going. They assured me from the start that they would “take care” of me with this massive installation and they did. They were here from 9Am-4:30PM and locked in on the job entire day. And left my home very clean. Thank you Dallas Plumbing team!! I am appreciative.

Kenny came out to inspect our A/C and make sure it is ready for summer. He messaged to give me and ETA and arrived on time. Kenny kept us informed as he inspected and he was very thorough. Very satisfied with the experience!

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.
