    **Update** I want to recognize two technicians at A-US Air -Isreal and Miseal. The two techs have been very professional and thoroughly have resolved issue with my HVAC system at different times.

    A-US Air did tech to resolve the issue after the Core replacement. * Isreal (the tech) was very professional, talked me through what occurred and how he was going to resolve it. A-US Air Conditioning has gained our confidence again.

    End of update after fixed. I’ll add photos.

    Two- waiting on a service call, I hope they fix it and I can change my posting and pictures.

    AHS sent A-USAir for repair work. Less than a month ago. Their employees say they back their work with 60 day warrant- this is not true. The issue is in the picture - they rep did not seal the coil correctly - so I have air escaping into the attic. They do not want to send someone to finish the job correctly. Sad but True.
    I was wondering why the air was not outputting like before from the vents before worked on it.
    Trash JOB from the guy that was training another guy. See how their seal gave way bad workmanship.

    American home shield contracted this company to fix our ac a year ago, the customer service was horrible and the THREE different techs they sent out ( whom states they all do different things) screwed up our unit EVEN worse than it was before. The tech Alex welded something so many times to the point that NO ONE wants to touch it now. You send a complaint through the BBB and they always come back with an answer QUICKER than sending someone out to assist you.

    Through AHS we were assigned Dennis with A-US Air. Dennis arrived the next day exactly when he said he would, he found that the blower motor was out. He ordered a new one while he was here and said 2 days for delivery and he'd be back. That was Tuesday, Thursday he called and said he had the motor and asked if he could come put it in. He was here in minutes, installed the part and insured the AC was working. I have Dennis on speed dial. We'll definitely request him again if we have any other issues. Gilmer, Texas

    Did not get service from this company however I did run into one of the workers at my apartment complex and the worker reacted unprofessional and rude when told he was parked in my parking spot. This incident happened 3/28/23 around 10:00 AM.

    I can not give this company enough stars. The tech is bar none hands down the BEST. We bought our home 4 years ago and not one out of the 6 HVAC companies AHS has sent to us has ever resolved our issue. This man was here 20 min amn bam! Done. I think he may he a super hero we have air. And I am never going to accept anyone other than this company and our tech.

    This company was recommended through American Homeshield. They came out and diagnosed the issue with my AC. However, when I got the cost breakdown from AHS, I was being charged for things that aren't applicable to my area. I called the technician, and he confirmed that I was being charged for permit fees, etc. I then called my city and was reassured that they don't require permits to fix AC units. When I called the technician back and told him what the city said, he literally said,'Oh yeah, I was about to call you back. You're right. Your area doesn't require permits, and it isn't included in your cost.' When I questioned that he and AHS said it was, he said that definitely wasn't included. So, I called AHS, and yes. A-US Air was going to charge for pulling a permit. I know it's only an additional $325, but because of the dishonesty, I don't trust this company and will be going with someone else!

    Used AHS warranty to fix my ac unit. It wouldn’t come on. The first guy got it to turn on then within a week it went back off. I called them again and a different tech came and he was able to locate the issue & pick up the part and replace it.

    Have to use them because of AHS. Now going on 2 weeks without air. Installed "new" compressor on June 1st and there is no way someone checked it for proper functionality because it still isn't cooling. I'm a property manager and deal with HVAC companies all of the time. This is by the first the company. Avoid at all cost. They have a whole ad during hold that says they're there for you 24/7. That's a lie. You can't get anything but a foreign call center that has no clues how an HVAC system works and states they need to check the warranty for a compressor installed two days ago.

    Said they called the report in to the homeowner’s insurance company FOUR times, and the company has yet to receive it! Started this fiasco the end of May, and it is now the end of June! I would give zero stars, but it wasn’t an option!

    I've been trying to get in touch w/someone concerning my hvac. My home warranty company is waiting on a full diagnostic report from A-US Air in order to proceed with authorization for the repair/upgrade. If yall don't want the business PLEASE BE COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL and contact the home warranty to pass on the job. Going on 5 days w/no ac. Otherwise, please upload the diagnostic report!!!
