Don't get in any hurry and don't expect them to fix it the 1st time. Poor quality technicians don't expect this company to do anything but lie to you.

Cory was excellent. I’m so happy he came because not only did do a tune up for heater but he taught my 11 month old son to walk and say “mama”. To EXCITED!!

I had AC Rescue assigned to a ticket through my home warranty company. They sent Matt, who has been to our house before, and who I have no issue with. He's professional and very capable, and I'd hire him individually any time.

Matt tried to blow out our drain line, and it was clogged. He determine that the pipe needed to be replaced, but given it's location he needed to have an access cut into the wall. All reasonable. He left around 4pm I believe, and I immediately called a carpenter.

The access was cut by noon the next day, and I called AC Rescue to come back out. They said I had to call the home warranty, so I did. Then the next morning (Wednesday) I asked if they were scheduled to come back out, and they said they wouldn't be able to get to me this week.

So I'm left with a hole in my wall, pipes and tools strewn about my attic, and two ACs that are out of commission because they're both tied in to that drain line.

As far as I can tell AC Rescue made no effort to A) reserve some time to come finish the job this week when I told them the access had been cut, or B) move the schedule around to make it happen this week. I find leaving this job in this condition to be extremely unprofessional.

For these reasons, I can't recommend using AC Rescue in the future.

My family had a great experience with A/C Rescue. Cory was our tech he called to let us know when he was on the way and got our A/C back on and running very quick! He explained everything and was very polite and even Checked in on us a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly. If we ever have any future problems I will definitely be requesting Cory to come out again.

Our AC unit was not working for months, an a previous technician did not fix the problem. My family and I had been very unhappy about the expense and the negative results. Then, Kenny, the technician at A/C Rescue came. What a blessing. In just a few minutes he found out what what wrong that the other company did not and charged us for it. And, Kenny went the extra mile to make it even better for us. Big difference! Kenny is very professional and courteous, and he knows what he is doing. Good deal! Thank you.

I'd just moved from NC to TX and shortly after one of our AC units stopped functioning.
Kenny from A/C Rescue came out to help us with a down AC unit.
1st and foremost this company (and Kenny in particular) was a well-run machine. They communicated at every step of the way, some by text message and then Kenny called when he was on his way out.
When he arrived it was raining, like it does in TX, but Kenny was careful to not make a mess inside and threw on the booties for the floor. He was professional, super nice, and took all the time I needed to explain part of my system I was not familiar with. What a great guy and this company seems to be on top of things. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a business run like a business after dealing with yard and pool people that all seem to be side-hustles regardless of the business-like front they put up.
Kudos to A/C Rescue.

Our technician Kenny was extremely respectful and took extra time to explain everything he did and repairs needed very patiently to me. He even walked me through how to maintain my AC unit and gave recommendations for optimal performance of the AC. Truly appreciate when a company sends people who care about what they are doing. Highly recommend this company!

Joe was great to work with! We filed a claim with the home warranty at 9 PM, he was out here the next day by 2:45 PM. He fixed our problem super quick, and even taught us a little bit on maintenance for our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit, and we were very happy with his service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we would absolutely use him again. Thanks Joe!

If you are an AHS customer and A/C Rescue is the assigned contractor for you home A/C issue, I would STRONGLY recommend you call AHS and have them send SOMEBODY else! The A/C tech sent to my home canceled his morning scheduled appointment as I had an "emergency" AHS repair. Once the A/C tech arrived and without even checking my 2006 A/C unit, the first thing A/C rescue offered me is to replace my entire A/C unit! I knew right away that this company will try to get the most money out of me and true enough, the estimated cost of repair was around $3k including AHS coverage. I decided to have another A/C contractor check and fix my A/C unit and now it is working fine and cost me half of what A/C Rescue was asking for.

American home shield referred this company to fix my ac. It broke on Sat, reported it on Sunday, they called on Monday to say they would come out on Tuesday. When they came out they said they need a motor and a blade. That most likely they would be back on Thursday but would call on Wednesday. Wednesday they didn't call. I called them. They said they are still looking for the parts. Thursday same thing. No end in sight. I called around and found the parts. Took 3 phone calls. Told them where the parts are and when are you coming..."we will talk to Matt". What does that mean, I told you where the parts are when are you coming???? Nothing. Reported to America Home shield. They gave them till today to resolve it. Still nothing. Now it's being transferred to another company. This company should have been honest and said they didn't have enough workers (or that they are lazy). Then it could have been assigned to someone else already. Don't take a job if you can't complete it in a timely manner. I don't recommend this company or American Home Shield!
