Shaun is absolutely a great HVAC repair technician. He is a very powerful impact to the A/C Rescue Company.

I say this because I showed up well prepared he listened to all of my concerns before assuming what the problem was. This is very difficult because as a technician you already know the issue based on what the client is saying be Shaun showed more interest in letting me speak of my concerns. That is a great asset to have on your team.

Daniel has worked on my AC unit several times. In April 2022 he installed a new HVAC system in my house. I am 100% satisfied with the job Daniel and his crew did. He is very professional but more importantly, he knows his business. He was very honest with me about what needed to be replaced. I thought my upstairs unit would also need replacing, but he informed me that it was not necessary. Most AC companies would have advised me to replace it, but Daniel was very honest. I appreciate a company I can trust to do the right thing. The installers Daniel used were also the best. You will not regret using AC Rescue!

Richard and Valentin were wonderful. They kept me up to date with the issue and progress of work. I really appreciated the fact they were able to accommodate my schedule and come on Saturday. Great guys to deal with.

We used A/C rescue for a service call this morning. Richard and Valentino were very professional. We were very pleased with their work and would 100% recommend them to others. Other companies need to have employees like them. 10/10

I wish I could say the same as some of these other reviews. Seemed more to me like Matt was in a hurry to get to his next job. I know when you're going through a home warranty company, sometimes you're not worth their trouble, but wow, there was ZERO interest in even attempting to really help, when the could have. Not very professional about it either, in my opinion. Glad most others have had better luck with other techs.

In response to below from owner- Matt did mention this rule; I am just having difficulty understanding how I've had (5) other HVAC providers (reputable ones) in the last (3) years service outdoor unit and/or go into attic with their own ladder (or I can provide one) with no problem but your company was very quick to not look at the unit outside on the ground, feel the airflow through my vents, try to troubleshoot anything... just, "no ladder, can't help."

They did replace an outdoor unit, but some of the processes were bad. They bypassed the Home Warranty company to get the business themselves. Also the tech left wires hanging out of the unit, when asked he said it has conduit. So I had to fix it myself. Now time to go look at the indoor unit to make sure nothing is wrong with it.....

Cory came out for our fall tune-up. He is the best! I appreciate that he takes time to explain the system and how it works. We had an issue with one of the units, and he quickly fixed it. Thank you!

We use American home shield for our warranty service. They contacted AC rescue Inc. for work on our central air/heat. They were out the very next day to repair our unit. The service technician Kenny was right on time and has us fixed up in less than 1 hr. Kenny was very knowledgeable and very courteous and was able to quickly replace a couple of parts and be on his way. Thank you AC Rescue and Kenny for getting our unit up and running correctly again.

Richard came out today and went above and beyond what I expected. I'll be using AC Rescue & Richard for all future HVAC issues.

Kenny was amazing! This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of his AC maintenance service and both times have been outstanding. His knowledge and professionalism make him stand out for on other home repair service people we have had.
