Hedrick's Service Now

We are very pleased. System installed within 1 1/2 days.
Alejandro and coworker were friendly and took time to answer any questions. They worked hard until the job was completed. Took care of our floors through the process too.

First time to use Hedrick's, and called because of the great reviews. During the peak season, we had quick response to diagnose our A/C problem. Ordered a complete HVAC change out, and it was installed quickly and professionally. The guys were very friendly, informative about the new system, and fastidious about cleanup. 5 stars!

Chris was able to come earlier than scheduled and detected the HVAC problem immediately. He explained the choices that were available to me and was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend Chris and this company to anyone.

Today (2/15/2023) was another great experience with Hedricks Service now. Chris was at of ur home w/in 45 minutes of calling (thanks Amanda). Chris is so patient with us, he checked our heating for possible leaks, for any possible "critter" damage, checked our gas meter, and explained Atmos charges. We have been using Hedricks for 4 years now for all HVAC and plumbing needs. ♥️ them

Very professional and responsive! Was able to come out same day and provide detailed estimates with options immediately after testing all the plumbing. Amanda is friendly and worked to get a tech out to my client's home quickly. Conner, the tech who came out, was fantastic. Look forward to recommending Hedrick's to friends and clients.

Love these guys have been using them for 10+ years instead of home warranty company.
I do their monthly membership fee. They check my system twice annually as part of my fee.
I am a facilities manager for Multifamily and would recommend these guys. If you want cheap don’t waste your time but if you value low cost of ownership and work done right at a fair price. These guys are it!

They showed up promptly as promised and were very nice and profession. Explained to me what they were going to do and the issues found and quickly resolved them. I will use them in the future for additional plumbing work.
