Hedrick's Service Now

Getting our house ready to sell, we found that we had an unknown leak in our ceiling. Pete and Van quickly and professionally diagnosed and explained the problem to me. They were super clear with pricing and expectations in our initial conversation. Would highly recommend Hendrick's and these two guys specifically.

The Hedrick's installers were very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. After the installation they
cleaned everything and gave me a walk- through of all of the work they had performed. Very pleased with the results and would use them again for any HVAC issues in my home.

For the maintenance work that was performed today on my other A/C unit, service tech Ken Cundiff was outstanding. He got right to the problem and resolved it quickly and in a very cost efficient manner. I'd be pleased to have him return on any HVAC problems in my home.

Hedrick's service now does outstanding work, they are not the cheapest but they charge a honest price for the quality of work performed. This is my second time using them and I am very pleased about the work done. I had other company's come to see my problem and was quoted for things that I know weren't needed, then Hedrick's come out and showed me exactly what was wrong and truthfully gave me the cost for only what was needed. They also have a financing option that allows you to have 18 months no interest if paid in full before the end of 18 months. Sweet..
I love these guys, and the fact that the workers are all employees of Hedrick's not contracted out as some other company's do is a great plus in my book.. Give them a call and check them out if you think you current service provider is gouging you. I did! So very happy I did too.

A bit startled at the price for installing a new kitchen faucet, but, you get what you pay for, and I am giving a five-star review despite that price. The company kept in close touch with me by email, text, AND phone call as to when the technician would arrive. He was prompt, courteous, competent, and professional, and he did the job in good time. I am very impressed that what could have taken days to fix, was done in about an hour (and only about 2 hours from the time that I called). Took a load off my mind!

He came to do a "check-up" on our AC & discovered that the drain was clogged. If he hadn't found & corrected that we woiuld've had a lot of very expensive problems in the near future. He was happy & pleasant the whole time. Even though he didn't leave until 8:30 pm.

An issue was addressed and resolved quickly with the promise that if I was not completely satisfied they would offer other options.

Will use Hedrick for upcoming plumbing jobs too.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Hedrick’s and Chris Verkamp in particular. Chris is very thorough and professional. Wouldn’t want anyone else working on my HVAC.
